Verizon Care Smart is designed to assist loved ones live safely and independently. With this companion apk, caregivers and trusted contacts can communicate with the watch player and view their most latest place reported by their watch. The apk can be used to pair Verizon Care Smart Watch (for self or someone else), choose Apple Watch models (for someone else only) and choose Android device Watch models (for self only). The apk can also be used to agree caregiver or trusted contact invitations for Verizon Care Smart Watch, choose Apple Watch models and choose Android device Watch models. For the Care Smart apk to pair with choose Apple Watch models (for someone else), the watch must be enrolled in either Receive Assist - Caregiver Alert service or Receive Assist - Professional Monitoring service. For the Care Smart apk to pair with choose Android device Watch models (for self), the watch must be enrolled in Receive Assist - Professional Monitoring service. The Care Smart apk lets you: * Locate the watch anytime and view its latest reported place on an interface that supports both the map and satellite view. * Set location-based and time-based alerts to track your loved one’s place at any given time of the day and day of the week. * Modernize the watch user’s profile to hold their medical ID and insurance cards stored securely and always available when needed. Care Smart features exclusively for Verizon Care Smart Watch: * Set everyday step goal and keep a everyday notification of the step count summary. * Manage contacts to ensure only trusted people can call or text. * Set reminders for everyday tasks such as appointments and medications. Care Smart features exclusively for compatible Apple and Android device Watch models: * No limit on the number of contacts that may be included in the watch user’s Care Smart Believe Circle * Care Smart’s Receive Assist fall detection alerts: Receive Assist service alerts the “believe circle” of caregivers and trusted contacts when your watch detects a hard fall or automatically calls 911 * Timeline of happenings displayed in the Care Smart apk including when a fall was detected or an emergency call created or received from the Receive Assist - Professional Monitoring agent, emergency responders dispatched, believe circle alerted, and incident closed * (ONLY APPLICABLE FOR SELECT APPLE WATCH MODELS ENROLLED IN GET HELP - CAREGIVER ALERT SERVICE) When a fall is detected or an emergency call is created to one of the contacts in the believe circle, the Care Smart apk makes it simple to initiate group messaging with the another members of the watch user’s Believe Circle contacts. Grace R: Apk has not worked for the latest a few days. I have spent more than an hour with customer service, unistalling, reinstalling, deleting cache, etc. Nothing worked. I receive a "there's been an error if it persists contact customer service" when I test to sign in....I have an Android device smartphone. Apk previously worked good. I trust there was an modernize pushed out a week ago that has caused these problems. Verizon PLEASE fix it!!! UPDATE: Verizon tech fixed it!!! Works good now. THANK YOU!!!!

Jamie Bible: Disappointed! I just got the apk make batter (not my choice) and I am so disappointed in the satellite tracking photo. Since Oct I have used this for my 12 yr old and LOVED the tracking feature. Photo was clear, close up, and accurate. Now it's so far away there's almost no point. I thought graphics were supposed to improve...this is worse. 👎

ADRIAN HERNANDEZ: What a joke! Was working ok til there was an modernize. More like a downgrade! I use this device and apk to track my father who has dementia so its very necessary to create sure the apk is running like it used to! First off when the modernize happened it signed all of us out. Now it the apk looks like a cartoonish style font and graphics. One of the main features it had is no longer there which was a feature that allow us know when he left certain distance from the house. FIX IT!

Michele Podrat: Since the updates.... AWFUL. When texting it all runs as one word i can't create a place. Children have a hard time reading the messages. The GPS terrible picture is so far away can't zoom in, doesn't stay on satellite photo. I wish this modernize to go away.

Team Seymour: Stay away from this product. I have been trying to activate this watch for 2 months and it won't work. I have a receipt begin with Verizon and there is no response right now. I have spent over 8 hours on the smartphone with them so far. It just doesn't work, plain and easy.

Gina Bencivengo: This app/watch has so much potential, but it just falls short for me. I bought the watch for my 10 year old son who I didn't wish to have a smartphone yet. He is always bicycle riding and comes home from school on the bus and is home alone. I like to be able track him, but the true time tracking rarely works and is always just spinning. I've reached out to customer help but they were not able to assist. Messages and calls work ok though.
