Jay Golian: Have been training with Vert for a while now and the squad have always been so good at creating and building not only a good training tool platform, but a good community as well. This apk is just other highlight in what they are doing - the ability to quickly assess your training schedule, adjust it if required and chat with your coach, is beyond unbelievable. Definitely suggest installing and giving one of the gratis programmes a test, but also recommend signing up to one of their plans 👌🏻

Bay Roan Creative: I used Vert.run when I transitioned from mostly running on streets to running and racing on trails instead. Had awesome experiences with training for even shorter distances (half marathon and 25k races) and then paid for a plan for my first ultra (40 miles). Lots of encouragement & accountability from the interactions with the coach, and the base plans that the coaches use to tailor your training are solid. Also like that fresh features are added regularly, and their IT readily helped with a sync problem

It's super simple to move workouts around to fit to your own schedule and the coaches' feedback just pops up when you need it. My running has massively improved, my confidence in my ability has improved to a point I thought I would never receive too and the help I have received has been good. Alan Nehemy: It's fine, but only if all you do is run, do their cross training and follow their plan. I can't use it because i need adjustments to my training and i need to add exercises i do separately but the system won't grab the details from my Garmin or Strava, so I'm finding Strava much more useful so far.
