  Shannon Romano: So far this has worked reliably well. We use this as a first line of alert and go through all resolution and ACK on the website. It would be good if there was a better on-call calendar or fast method to see another current on-call members. I can't see at a glance who is on-call for all the another squads we've hooked in.

  Viraj Kanwade: I have override volume setup. And i hold low volumes for notification and media. Whenever i receive an alert all volumes are set to high. I have to restore the volumes. Also, back button does not work in most cases.

  A Google user: Awesome but lacking for Pixel (android device 9?) players. Apk does not currently install canned notification sounds on Pixel phones. Presumably android device 9 as I had this problem on pixel 1 and still have it on pixel 3. These sounds are necessary to ensure our squads can standardize and wake up when an alert goes off. I was informed by help that an modernize to fix this was coming 01092019.

  CJ Campbell: SMS alerts are more reliable than the apk. I gave up on pushing "ack" and believing it actually worked. I have to constantly massage the alert list by going to and away from it to receive my alerts and only my alerts to present up. I rue the day my company signed up with VictorOps.

  Brian Smith: The idea is good but the execution is awful. When an incident occurs you receive a push notification, which works OK. Then you tap on it and it opens the apk, but the incident doesn't present up there. There is no method to force it to refresh and there are no visual queues that it is doing anything. I often have to sign in through the browser to actually see incidents. It's been this method since day one.
