  Luca Heuvel: Worked ok for me, until the latest modernize. I have a smartsolar and can't connect to it since the latest modernize. I've power cycled it a lot of times and restarted my smartphone. I still can't connect to it as it keeps asking me for pin and just restarts the loading screen every time it reaches 20-80%. EDIT: tried it with other smartphone and I just had the wrong password but it didn't give that notice, since I have animations turned off on my smartphone and I wasn't able to read the "incorrect password" notice.

  Andrew S: Bmv 712 and Victron connect working excellent. What a good device. I'm controlling my compressor fridge using the inbuilt relay to switch on/off a standard 30a automotive relay to run the fridge. I have fully customised when it cuts out and when it comes back on. I'm using voltage values and SOC numbers. Good system.

  A Google user: Got my VE Direct to usb cable yesterday and approached my system ready for a war to receive it to work but NO! Worked first time on both my charge controller and battery monitor. Recognised product straight away. Informed me of firmware modernize. Installed in seconds. I'm going to tri and see if this works as well through a USB hub to my smartphone. The apk is awesome in landscape and portrait. Well done VE. Would like a longer history as it's only showing 3 days but this may be me. Will see what happens in a few days. This was on my Nexus 5x and my Samsung Galaxy View. Live on a boat and the easy set out of the details is good for an enthusiastic amateur like me.

  Peter Manins: Its too addictive! Only thing I can recommend that would improve is an option to hold the apk running in the background. Apparently this is possible on Android device since the covid apks do it.

  Phil Stokes: Thank you for your answer. I'm not sure what was wrong, but the apk was reporting values as zero even though they were various on the BMV itself. Also, with 94% charged batteries and positive input the time to go was being shown as 0m. Satisfied to say however that it seems to have sorted itself out today. No idea what happened, but back to 5 stars! Thank you.

  Peter Buckle: A very awesome application. I can now synchronise my 2 mppt regulators. They are now networked with each another and the amp metre and the battery monitor. All happily talking to each another and viewable within this application. Victron forum is a awesome put to receive info and assist.

Nice clean UI which makes it a breeze to see current status of my solar system, 12v Deep Cycle battery, charge controller MPPT 75/10 & to change settings. 2 features I want the apk had was that if there was a option to download history to my device & that there was an option to let the apk to run in the background
