  Joe Junior: should be better. first off you must charge this device when you receive it. you will have connection issues if you don't. It temporarily uses Bluetooth (which makes setup simple) during the setup to acquire the device ID. So create sure Bt and wireless connection are on. It will immediately wish to modernize so be sure your close to router to avoid problems during that time. Photo quality is awesome but frame rate is low. 2-3 frames per second. Live view has no option to record manually. No inside bell.

  Chris Thorpe: In the recent ver release the apk is not waking up the device, you have to physically push the doorbell to force the apk to present Device awake and connected, this was not the case in the previous ver, hoping that this is fixed in the very near future release.

  Wen Pin Tsai: Have brought the product for 2 weeks now. Very frustrated at the begining. Key Findings: 1. Wireless connection connection needs to be really powerful and 2.4G only (no mesh or you have to figure out how to separate 5G and 2.4G from your router) 2.This Android device apk can not wake up the device. This function doesn't work However, the device can be wake up from iOS ver the apk. 3. If you are not using English as default smartphone language this apk will force you to sign in using Chinese mobile number. 4. Recommend to enable motion sensor. This will fasten connection speed a tiny as the device begin to wake up when detecting motion before a person physically press the bell.

  Damon Galloway: This apk started off beautiful awesome once I improved my wireless connection, but now as everyone says it only awakens if you go outside and push the doorbell yourself or if it does work, it picks up after the person has already walked off. As of yesterday, the apk logged me out and it won't agree my login credentials, without logging in you can't use the doorbell at all. If the company or system has went down or out of business i would have appreciated a heads up, because this was an expensive doorbell.

  Scott Davidson: Binding was a struggle. Apk constantly shows device as offline, even though it is online and recording. Occasionally it shows device online and I can see the live view. Wireless connection strength is 100% and doorbell charged 100% but still very hit and miss. Apk occasionally closes itself for no reason. Android device 7.0 smartphone

  A Google user: The piece of garbage had become more frustrating than I thought possible. It's stopped uploading videos of visitors. The best it can do is "ding dong" when someone presses the button. The problem is definitely a Digoo trouble, like they've stopped supporting upload to the cloud. So, yep, this device is atrocious and Digoo techs are a bunch of asswholes.

  UpSt NYer: ****Modernize***** 2/10/19 So this apk was never the best but it worked.... until now and I think I know why. It seems like this apk relies on authors network to push notifications threw but why isn't it working now??? Well I work in import business and this week is Chinese Fresh Year and in mainland China the least people have off is 1 week. Factories shut down for 2 weeks to sometimes a month. So im thinking this apk will be fixed all problems resolved soon....I hope anyway

  Alex PR: Recently purchased video doorbell from banggood (model SB-XYA by DIGOO). After writing a negative review, which was suspended and never published, as well as a lot of another negative comments about this product, finally I see a light, modernize released! DIGOO is method behind in keeping the device up-to-date.The company and its tool development could stop releasing useless step-back updates. The previous versions was able to wake up and send you messages. Now I cannot even connect to network anymore.
