  Justin U: I really hate to see negative reviews on this apk. Consider how tiny there is out there that does what VideoStream does so effortlessly. Sure there are work arounds to cast local media to your Chromecast but why do that when you can use this. I've been using this since it was first released and these guys have gone leaps and strides beyond the initial release. The remote apk is good and it gives you the same functionality as the desktop ver. If you have a Chromecast you could have VideoStream. In my opinion Google dropped the ball with this kind of service and I'm satisfied someone picked it up and created it happen. Well done, boys!

  Stephen Blackwell: Good apk. Computer sync is surprisingly solid. The apk is a true boon for the chrome plugin. I can use my smartphone as a remote control to play files on the Chromecast from my computer. And it has a couple additional features like finding and downloading subtitles if you don't already have them.

  Francis Sims: Excellent! (I knew you should do it) I love this apk, it does exactly what I need it to do! I posted a review with some recommendations and they were ALL implemented! I'll leave it in this one so you can see what I mean :) OLD REVIEW: It's got potential but it is so under utilized. It always starts with the play button on even if the video is already playing. No 30 second SKIP forward/backward, no volume control, no subtitle option. Add some features and fix the bug, and this is a excellent apk, simple.
