  A Google user: With ViewPoint Mobile, now I can connect to our Wave system and take control of my work similar calls from my cell remotely. This allows me to remain connected with my coworkers despite being offsite, and without revealing my private cell smartphone number to my coworkers. Additionally, I'm able to IM with my coworkers just like I do in ViewPoint Desktop. I'm also able to listen to and manage my Voice Mails as well as forward them on to another coworkers which need to be concerned with the notice. The widget is a nice method to quickly see if you've missed any calls, IMs, or Voice Mails while out and about as well as quickly change your Private Status to modernize your availability to another coworkers. Overall, the apk works well and contains the functionality I'd expect from ViewPoint Desktop in a mobile apk.

  David Roberts: Does most everything the local Viewpoint apk does. Taking calls now via data network just like an extension or my desk smartphone. When doing so, calls are still tracked, logged, recorded, etc. by the core Wave platform which is good. I can quickly IM the office which is also logged for admins. Integration with Exchange and/or Outlook is very solid. We are currently on Exchange 2010 and going to 2013 soon. The most latest Viewpoint Mobile 2.0 is a large step forward.

  Richard Medeiros: Perfect features. Works in the office on our wireless connection, then when I walk into my house, I am connected. No mins, no charges. If I walk out in the yard and the wireless connection is awful it tells the party I am talking with to keep on and the system calls my cell...no lost call. Naturally you should use any wireless connection it is encrypted so it is secure too. Wow it just got better the fresh 2.1 features added even more of a reason you gotta have!

  Sue Medeiros-Bartlett: Simple to use. Keeps me connected to my business when I need to be, wherever I am. I can be part of a call center, or be part of a confrence call by using my mobility application and not my cell smartphone number. No forwarding, just easy routing however I select.

  A Google user: This makes working from home & on the street an absolute breeze. I receive notified anytime I receive a call at work and I can take the call on my cell smartphone if I wish to. I use the widget to change my private status without even having to load the apk. I even keep IM's without having to leave the apk begin. I don't even have to know a coworker's DID number in order to call them - just tap on their name and the call is setup instantly, and I can even run a symposium call from the apk. Truly good, I haven't seen anything like it before.

  Pamela Alberts: love this option since I work from home and I don't wish clients to have my private cell#. The only trouble I have found is I must raise my voice quite a bit for people to hear me. They hold asking can you talk louder? I'm practically yelling into my smartphone. If not for that it's excellent!

  Ian Anderson: I just installed recently for work. Seems to work ok, but I have one HUGE gripe. WHY IS THERE NO WAY TO SIGN OUT OR TURN OFF THE APP? When I leave work for the night or weekend, I don't wish calls except in absolute emergencies which is handled with a various feature of the smartphone system. If they implement a method to shut this off, it'll receive 5 stars (unless something else rears it's ugly head).

  M De La Cruz: The screen still does not "Screen Rotate" on my Android device Note-3. When I keep a call through our office, the audio is very low in volume. I cannot hear on the ear speaker, unless I turn on the speakerphone and raise the volume all the method up---and it is still very low volume.

  Lee Katherine Ayerhart: I have to use this for work, but it should use some work. The apk keeps a constant notification in my notification bar to tell me whether it's connected or not, which is useless. The apk also drains my battery significantly because it's always running. However, it's completely hit-or-miss whether the call notifications occur as the call is event or once it's already been missed. I usually uninstall it on the weekends or if I'm not going to be working remotely much, because there's not really any rest to turn off it off, that I have found.

  Roberto Alvarez: We have different android device versions from 4.1 to 5.1. Tool crashes often and when it doesn't it frequently disconnects. We are uninstalling. It was just as awful with the Apple devices. Could have bought an Avaya PBX.

There is no help for this apk and even my smartphone vendor for our smartphone system was stumped. This would be a excellent apk for me as much as I roam my office building.

  Zachary Perschau: Was this built for froyo? The ui is outdated and an eyesore. I receive random call notifications that happened awhile ago. The call notification pop-up bypasses my lock screen turning my smartphone on in my pocket. Then keeps the screen on? I only message when the battery starts cooking. It has also frozen on a blank screen a few times prompting me force reboot. Booo your apk sucks and you could feel awful.

  S. Bou: IM has never worked for me. Private Status is glitchy and won't stay on the status I set. Not sure what happened, but now I can't even log in anymore. Worked on it with our IT and they can't figure it out. Horrible apk. Begin over.
