Virtual Landlord Apk allows you to hold everything about your rental properties, tenants, rental transactions (income and expenses) all in one put and it's absolutely free. Virtual Landlord Tool features: Properties: Shop property name, address, save property as single unit multi unit, upload Property picture, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, purchase price, down payment, room sizes. Tenants: Tenant name, smartphone numbers, email, occupant info, rent amount, rent due date, rent frequency, safety deposit amount, rent deposit. Call, or email your tenants directly from the app. Documents: Shop screenshots of rental agreements, notices, application forms, bills and etc. Transactions: Enter all types of transactions(Income and expenses). Reports: Calculate detailed reports for the rental property income, expense, and profit and loss for each of your rental troops or all of them at once over a time span that you define. With the Pro version(detailed below), you also have the option to export .xls of these reports which can be accessed with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. .xls will include a year Summary Page and a Monthly Detail Page for every month in a year. Database: Backup, restore, or delete your rental property data anytime that you wish. Alerts: Don't feel like remembering dates, then allow the Virtual Landord remind you. Notification alerts will be sent when a Tenants rent is due, or when a lease is expiring; Alert info will also be view-able from the dashboard.   • A Google user: Looks like it would be a awesome apk, but already 10 mins into setting it up, it's missing key features I need: - add rent amount to the unit with the ability to track rent increases by unit - went to edit a tenant and have no ability to modernize the rental period, as is showing 0 current tenants - Why are email address and cell smartphone for tenants needed fields? Not everyone has email and a smartphone - viewed the property and no ability to edit troops once entered, doesn't even list them
