  A Google user: Excellent! Keeps our house secured, and the family protected. Had one little trouble in 6 years. Called Vivent and they came out the next day. All is awesome. I will highly suggest them. Yes, you can save cash with a "do it yourself" system, however, that system probably won't call you to see if all is well. I've accidently tripped the alarm a few times, Vivent calls me immediately to create sure that everything is OK before they call the police. Can't beat the customer service!

  Cris Gomez: Issues signing in. Doesn't recognize ID or Password. Supposedly changed it through this tool and still was not recognized at sign in. Finally got locked out. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the apk. Will not test it yet because I was locked out!

  nina albert: I was originally very disappointed cuz I should not receive this apk to work with my fresh smartphone but thanks to a very diligent customer service rep I found out that the login and password for the Apk is various than my login and password for the site. The login for the apk is my smartphone number not my email address. Satisfied camper now!

I can restart the alarm system during a boring sermon on Sunday. I don't have the entire safety pack but what I have is accessible to me where ever I can acccess a WiFi access point.

I rest comfortably at night or leaving because of it and the people behind its reliable service. Never has this service not alarmed and checked for our fine, after being tripped. I rely on it, setting it for sure, anytime I wish to feel the house needs added safety. Vivint is a member of the family.
