  A Google User: Yayyyy! Sooo I finally broke down and got it... (I say finally cause I didn't receive it for my iPod before I sold it) and I'm so satisfied I did! It has a good selection so far and the prices are reasonable considering print versions are a time and a half as much. The quality is high too so its simple to zoom and read the smaller text. :3 just needs a landscape mode.

  Christopher Rosa: I love this s**t !!! I've been hooked on manga and anime since I was a child, but when I saw ninja scroll in 1994, it was a wrap. Shortly after it was samurai X, which made a love affair with the rourouni kenshin series and paperback Shonen jump. I honestly didn't think I was going to like Shonen jump alpha, but I'm glad I'm wrong, though I'm a tiny disgusted with the $2.00 increase per digital volume, but in the end its worth it.

  A Google User: My favorite series on the go With the announcement that Shonen Jump Alpha is going same day and date as Weekly Shonen Jump in the near future, this is definitely the apk to receive for buying manga that also supports the the Japanese creators (Viz is owned by Shueisha and Shogakukan). It's simple to navigate, easy to create in-app purchases since it links to your Play acc, and is beautiful simple to read on both my old HTC Thunderbolt and my current Galaxy Nexus. It's good to be able to download the problems of SJA and volumes of manga to read offline or when without cellphone service (like on a plane). And you can delete and redownload volumes as often as you like. Don't be place off by the negative reviews for people upset by the year subscription. It's meant for a sampling of multiple manga series for a year, and those that you do receive hooked on you simply purchase the respective volumes. Type of like how Netflix removes films and TV series from streaming every so often. Just don't forget to add your address through their site so you can receive your gratis Yu-Gi-Oh cards and the yearbook if you subscribe for a year. As an avid One Piece fanatic, I have fun the ability to read the whole series without needing ebook place.
