  Jamie Decker: *modernize * I contacted the developer after posting the original review. They had a very fast response time and were able to assist me out with what was event. It was a easy thing to fix. I definitely suggest contacting them if you have any problems. The recent modernize is turning the Bluetooth on even though I only have the permission set for only when the apk is use. Apks shouldn't have the capability to randomly turn things on when they don't have permission.

  Krystian Babilinski: The developers listen to feedback and release updates frequently. Their most latest modernize improved the apks functionality tremendously! Good job. It would be a 5 star but I want I should begin the gate through wireless connection instead of Bluetooth. Right now you have to be in range of the device to begin it, so you can't allow guests in without walking to the gate.

  Mike Schiller: The recent apk modernize logged me out of the apk. This is unacceptable when this apk is what everyone in my company uses to receive into the office. Beware that this apk should cost you productivity. Yes, there is a method to log back in if you remember your credentials, and yes, there's a method to recover your acc, but this still shouldn't happen. Given that you pay over $1,000 to have an entry system installed, the apk could be better. Additionally, the management site leaves a lot to be desired and there could be some detail on how the encryption actually works beyond simply stating that they use 128 bit AES encryption. The developers have been responsive when we've had problems in the past, but the logout on make batter problem just isn't acceptable.

  Jonathan Johnson: So simple to use and manage! Customer service is top notch! I had a installation problem and their technician was able to assist me fix it right away! Sone time if my bluetooth has been off it does take a second or to for the connection but over all I love it and compared to some controllers I was looking at for a few thousand dollars, this is excellent for our 24hr spa! Would highly suggest it to anyone!

  Keith Wieland: Worked good until today. Needed for all hours access to work :(. Modernize: the folks at Vizpin helped me through the remainder of my process and were able to restore my access on my original device. I'm sure they'll catch this bug on the next modernize. Horrible series of apks. It has kept me from working. I will suggest my employer installs something else.

  John Hooper: The worst functioning Apk ever created!!!! Have the recent Android device Samsung Galaxy S20+ and it has property management frustrated too. Do not use or buy unless you wish mad tenants!!! Managers and 100 of interviewed tenants including me have been stuck over 50 each times with it working only 25% of the time. Been patient for 6 months before reviewing this BTW!!!

  Kyle Morgan: My favorite is when it says to refresh the apk so you refresh it but then it doesn't work anyway. Then you wait for it to load (5s), it doesn't work, you test to hit the buttons (3s) and then it says you could refresh the apk so you do that once more and (5s) it still doesn't work. Love that part.

  Justin J: It is a tiny better now, responds quicker and usually connects on the first or second attempt. The older versions, which were very slow, and often failed to connect to the door after 3-4 tries if you ever forgot to have place and Bluetooth already enabled ahead of time, before you opened the apk. Ended up just using the spare door and the old key fob for six months. But Now it seems to work a tiny more seamlessly.
