Vocoder is true time pitch shifter stompbox like result. I created this apk to try some ideas for fresh pitch shifting algorithm and it worked well. It is not good but just ok. It is not true vocoder logic but instead a combination of my secret algorithms that I am playing with at the moment. I tried to create it true time as possible but there is a delay because of the current java api. However it is fun enough and true time enough to create you have some awesome time. Imagine delayed vocoder :) Vocoder features: - dry signal volume - effects signal volume - place algorithm - pitch shifting control (range is one octave up and one octave down) Works only when connected to headphones or speakers. The reason is the feedback (feedback cancellation is hard to do and not my aim at the moment)

James Ihrke: Don't allow the whiners fool you. Dry setting lets your own voice through unmodified. Turn that down if you just wish the modified voice. Thanks for a good tiny toy of a tool. The only disappointment is the half second delay, but I suppose if thats the only downside, it's still 5 star for a gratis tool.

Apk doesn't work with Bluetooth headphones. It requires you to plug in headphones with a cord, which is annoying for those of us with dongles.
