  Gary Bunker: Slick and mostly usable I've tried the Spanish, Korean and Dutch capabilities with mixed results. Spanish and Korean work well, but the male Dutch voice is scrambled (female works ok). A tiny QA might be in order. Landscape help seems to extend only to the opening logo. If the apk is run in landscape, it squeezes down to one side of the screen and remains in portrait orientation. The iPad ver shown in the video has real landscape mode, so the company knows there are two aspects to be concerned with. I know Vocre is in active development, these would be awesome things to focus on. So long as I don't mind being portrayed as a Dutch woman, it's a good application for easy translation needs in near true time. Hold it up!

  Sofian Al-Shooshi: Good but.....needs one thing This apk is missing just one thing it's to write the translated word or sentence in a method I can spell it just like Google translator. (I'm personally trying to learn Japanese and this apk doesn't present me the word or the sentence in English ,so I cannot spell it correctly). If you add this feature the apk is going to be the best ever....

  Valentin Juhasz: Fix the annoyances please Good apk, but please fix: 1. Confirm exiting the apk, hitting the 'back' key will exit the apk without warning, VERY annoying. 2. Also let disabling the notifications at the beginning, it gets very annoying. Hold up the awesome work.

  Darius Burbidge: Promising but not excellent translator apk Just bought the apk and it seems to work fairly well; translations are done within a few seconds and are beautiful accurate. Like most voice apks pronunciation is key and, at times, hit or miss. If you test speaking before it goes *beep* it will never stop "processing" and won't recognize what you said. Not mentioned is the fact that not all languages yet help multiple genders. For example, Arabic is male only for the moment. On the interface front, things are still somewhat sluggish (Galaxy Nexus) and hitting the back button will take you out of the apk rather than take you to the main menu and it doesn't ask for confirmation if you wish to exit it. Obviously still a work in progress, this apk has some promising technology and I would tentatively suggest for those people that need a fast and fairly accurate translator.

  Alfred Leo: Arabic language I used this apk before but after I uninstall and reinstall it, the female ver for arabic in saudi arabia is no longer there. Why? And one request, is it also fine if you will also be putting the translation of english to arabic using the english alphabet not only in arabic form..like for example.. thank you - shukran. This will surely assist us to learn how to speak the language.

  Kevin Chan: Interesting but not all that useful There is absolutely NO WAY this apk can let you to carry out a conversation in two languages with the flow and speed of real-world speech as its video recommended! However, if you break it down into single words without any grammatical structure, it might be able to receive your meaning across. A gross oversight is its need for an internet connection to work coz you most likely need this apk when you're abroad & ROAMING! It could allow players download data beforehand & work offline!!

  Jeffrey Leung: Vocre is fine but promising I don't trust the application is well built. The "Welcome" pop up does not disappear after the first use, hitting the back button after translating will cause the apk to crash, and the views doesn't load up as quick as I would wish it to. There are a lot of optimization that can be done to this application. I am using the Samsung Galaxy S3 with Jellybean. My connection is on my campus WIFI.

  Tom S: Terrific implementation 'cept for... Word censoring for "awful language". In medical setting for example, its a hinderence. But this is my fresh favorite translator apk! .................. UPDATE .................. apk STOPPED WORKING a few days after i posted the review above. All translations just say "undefined". Uninstalled and reinstalled a few times to no avail.

  Its June's Channels!: Total Waste of Cash Very poorly written apk. No feedback when pressing buttons. Can't tell if it is frozen or thinking. Impossible to use when you need it. I bought after reading a glowing review which must have been a paid endorsement. Do NOT buy. I use a droid 4 which is dual core. Worst waster of $4 EVER!!!!
