I won' t say its awful but ur voip services have large limitation,which is,when u provided calling to gratis countries, when it reaches its time limit over 1 hour INSTED OF DISCONNECTING CALL U PPL START CHARGING ON EACH EXTRA MINUTE. And thats Seems Bullshit. I wud like to recommend please Add a voice service which should provide a voice notification of reaching of Time limit before 2 mints of one hour limit. Tnx, Hope u would consider it,so next time no one wud receive Shock.
