Just bought a box to charge and I hold getting a notice saying there has been an error so it won't allow me connect my fresh box or send a notice to customer services about the problem. Because when I go to kind an email it says "there has been a trouble. Please test once more later". Assist!!!

  Steve Smith: A awesome apk that has improved with latest updates, still allow down by a couple of problems. If Bluetooth is enabled on the smartphone and you are out of range of the Wallbox then it can take 20 seconds to timeout and use either WiFi or mobile data to remotely connect. Switching off Bluetooth gets around this but frustratingly kills the BT link to the vehicle. The recent completed scheduled charge does not present in the stats until the vehicle is unplugged. No provision for dual tariff day/night charging.

Connects right away and all features work as expected. **For a future modernize I would really like to have the ability to turn on and off the led lights or have some kind of on-off feature so as to not attract the attention of would be thieves at night time in my driveway. That super bright LED ring screams "I'm ExpEnSiVe. STEAL ME"

  John P: Really good. I use it on my VW ID4. Carnet on VW is still not smooth. I turned it of and relied on wallbox for scheduling. It works smoothly. Average temp here in Arizona is 110F and the temp in the garage is more than that. I stead of charging at night, I schedule my charging at 3 am when its cooler. Battery needs to be cooled while charging to prevent degradation. And wallbox never failed yet. Rest assured that when I wake up in the morning, battery is charged to 80%.

  Anthony Le: Wallbox apk has primary options to control the EVSE. Overall, very simple to setup charging timer and has the charging session info which is very useful. Developer please have the connection to the Pulsar Plus with WiFi prioritized. If that fails then revert to Bluetooth. This method, the connection to the unit is almost instant when the Wallbox apk is opened. All of the complaints are commonly pointed to the connection to unit being method too slow.

  Noner Nonee: -Pour la programmation de la plage horaire je trouve : que le texte est trop petit. que le défilement du sélecteur n'est pas précis qu'on devrait pouvoir saisir l'horaire avec le clavier. -Pour le coût de la consommation : Il n'est pas possible d'indiquer le coût en heure creuse et le coût en heure pleine. -Un manuel plus précis serait le bienvenue, j'ai découvert sur une vidéo sur Internet qu'on pouvait avec l'application gérer la puissance de charge. -Enfin, de façon générale, pourquoi passer par le cloud Wallbox pour programmer sa Wallbox et pas par un système direct sur PC ? Ne serait-ce pas pour collecter nos données ?

  Gary Wilson: I had a few problems with this apk which I contacted Wallbox about. Within 2 days I was contacted and most of my problems were resolved by an apk modernize and guided instruction. Perfect customer service. Not excellent yet but would highly suggest the apk due to the help I have had. Also charger is beautiful and robust.

  Brian Callaghan: Bought the charger for its simplistic looks, and as far as charging is concerned I am very satisfied with it. HOWEVER! 1/When I first had it installed I activated "Auto lock" so that it was safe on the driveway. I soon found this was impractical as the apk takes an eternity to connect to the Wallbox and I would search myself standing outside waiting in the cold. 2/ The charging stats present when the charger is connected. Not when the charge starts when set up to charge on off peak. Please assist

  Nate M: I had 0 problems setting up, using the apk or connecting over Bluetooth/ WiFi. I was missing parts in the box though but no biggie. Also the apk doesn't fit either screen of the Galaxy Fold well at all. The device selection page is too large for the front screen and the actual charging page isn't scalled well for the main display.

  John Robertson: I like to charge the vehicle approximately once a week starting at 11 pm to receive a better rate. After not using the charger for a week the Wallbox apk says that that is correct but the Wallbox seems to have forgotten. If I just plug in at say, 7 pm the Wallbox goes into standby as expected but in the morning…. Nothing. I have to log out then log back in once more and set up a fresh charging session, then it all works ok. As far as I know, I have the recent firmware.. There are also another problems, for example: I’d like to be able to override the charge timer with a single button. Can I turn off the or dim the glaringly bright LEDs, not very environmentally friendly to have lights I can comfortably read a ebook by? The apk really doesn’t tell me a lot, I’d like amps and % state of charge, I know the data is accessible from the vehicle.
