  Eric Davila: watson been my choice of cab service...they always come thru in the clutch...no matter where i am stranded they manage to receive me home safe...and if thry cant do it...they create sure other cab service gets me a car...thank you watson...for getting my grandma, my mom, me, and now my son and daughter to our destinations safely...

  A Google user: I always reserve the vehicle the night before for the morning. I did this for about two weeks and each time (except twice) I had to end up calling the dispatcher because either the vehicle didn't present up or left before the scheduled time. For example: One morning the driver called me at 7:05am with an attitude saying, "I'M DOWNSTAIRS!!" I told him that I ordered the cab for 7:15am and he hung up before I should say that I was coming down. I got downstairs at 7:10am and he left. I called dispatch immediately and he said "Well the cab is not going to wait for you!" I had to explain to him that I ordered the vehicle for 7:15am and he left before the scheduled time... as a matter of fact I was on the smartphone with the dispatcher before 7:15am!! If I wanted the cab at 7:05 am I would have ordered it for that time and be downstairs! They sent me other vehicle each time(sometimes from another company), but what's the point of using the apk if it's NOT reliable??!! Once once more I had to call dispatch this morning after I had already reserved a vehicle the night before! The apk also does not always track the trajectory of the vehicle... on min it will read "In route" then the next it will read that the job was completed... when I'm clearly standing there WAITING!! Plus in the history they erased all of my previous confirmed reservations except for two. I only continued to use the service because I was in bind and required to receive my son to school. They need to receive it together or don't offer the service!!!

  randy barrios: This cab apk is the worst. The apks need a lot of work , the employees are rude, they never have any cabs accessible. I've gone to the actual base to order a cab, since it's across the road from me and it's even worst than the apk. I went to the base to order a cab early morning and instead of telling me that none were accessible they left me standing there for 20 minutes to half an hour. I was late to my doctor's appointment and had to walk 5 blocks just to receive a cab. Watson you are terrible with very awful service and very awful employees. I'll stick to Uber or Lyft. 😤
