  A Google user: Each of our kids has a paid for acc through their school, but the apk will not work at home, not even on their school issued ipads (the bookshelf wont work-have to find the exact name of ebook -in chinese- assigned as their homework. It just crashes on my smartphone & computer immediately. When I have managed to login, it asks me to pay once more to actually read the ebooks already on his shelf. Two paid subscriptions wasted for us.
