  A Google user: The ap was working ok until about the latest week (5/2019) when it kept restarting by itself. I uninstalled and reinstalled it with no luck. I hope it gets fixed soon! Modernize 7/2019 I purchased an online subscription for $5 a month to view the Courier -- awesome investment -- and coincidentally the apk works ok now!

  A Google user: Since downloading the apk, I have not seen any articles newer than 7/17 on the Local tab (today is 8/29). Weekly Advertisements isn't supported on my Android device 2.2 device. Most read and Sports do have articles from a couple weeks ago. I even made an acc, and signed up for 1 month of the digital subscription in case that was needed for this to work (I read enough articles that I would have signed up for the digital edition anyway), but that does not solve the problem. Following the links from Twitter and going to the site on my computer seem to be the solution I'll likely be using, instead of the apk. UPDATE: Just saw some articles from July 31st. At this point, I could hopefully see some current news in a few days. **Modernize 2: After some back and fourth twitter messages, stories were appearing as I expected tonight. Enjoying this way of keeping up-to-date on the news in the Cedar Valley. Only giving 4 stars, as I have yet to receive a notification (and no settings to adjust what type of notification).

  A Google user: This is a good method to hold up on local events in the Waterloo-Cedar Falls place. The advertisements are very irritating, especially on a slower device. I don't mind advertisements, but they take forever to load.

  Vickie Trent: There are so a lot of pop ups! And I continually have to log back in. The website does not remember my log in, and it often takes three attempts. I have called the office and was told that Chrome no longer supports viewing on my laptop. I also have issues on my Android device smartphone. For the high fee that we pay yearly for the Courier, I expect better service. From the reviews below, most people are quite disgruntled. Please search a fresh web developer who knows how to fix these issues!Thank you!
