WebHomeCare (WHC) Apk contains Employee Job Apks, License and Certification Records, Vaccine Requirements, Employee Weekly Patient Timesheet Reporting, RN Employee Evaluations, etc., in addition to forms such as Patient Records, Assessment, Doctor Notes, Plan of Care. Automated Fax to Insurance Companies, Integrated Billing, Clever Scheduling System, Automated Employee and Client/Patient Notifications. The Apk also contains processing of Federal payroll forms 940, 941 and state specific payroll forms. The apk is designed to accommodate Certified Home Health Aides when servicing their patients. It allows them to use the Mobile smartphone GPS locator to check in when arriving at the patient’s home and check out when leaving the patient’s home. CHHAs can also see info regarding their patients and keep updates relevant to their patient cases. When the apk is executed, upon aide acceptance of place tracking, the apk checks the address provided by the GPS coordinates and allows CHHAs to check in/check out with a verified address location. When place tracking is accepted by the CHHA, the full address is sent to the URL and processed with check in / check out enabled using the GPS tracking info.
