I've lost 3kg over 2 weeks, 5kg still to go, and the awesome thing is I have started to exercise once more so the knock on result has changed me. Migraine relief next month. And depression and anxiety the month after. Buying the hypnosis boost is a must, by the method, for the background noise bit. It's the cost of a cup of coffee.. . I listen to the apk on loop at night. All night long. It's fab.
