  A Google user: Overall beautiful much worthless and dated health apk by todays standards. No Bluetooth or ANT help to speak of. No linking to health apks or equipment such as heart rate monitor or cadence, SHealth. Have to print and submit most forms. No true electronic or device syncing to create monitoring easier. Clunky and useless for the most part. Two star rating is me being generous.

  David Luck: Does not meet expectations. Says on the wellness form that forms can be submitted through the apk, but when you click to submit through the apk it simply takes you to an email and has you email them. No point to the apk if you have to send an email anyway.

  A Google user: This apk is basically a stripped down ver of the web page. The interface is clunky and frustrating, but not impossible if one is willing to place up with the low level of user-friendliness. I hope the developers place more effort into this product, as it has the potential to be helpful to a lot of people.

  A Google user: I am only using this apk through my employer. I don't even know what this apk does. It's like a 3rd grader created it or something. It only track items that you manually input. I should do that with note pad. The apk crashes all the time. What were they thinking when they created this garbage? Total junk and a waste of my time. If the developer needs some inspiration check out the garmin apk.

  emilee geh: Useless. I have 3 icons, which do absolutely nothing. I only use the apk for my employee benefits. Physician statement had to be emailed because there was no upload option, or unless it is that awful of a design that it isn't recognized on my smartphone. Once forms have been received by email, I will be deleting this apk off my smartphone.
