  A Google User: Reset apk endless loop! Failed to begin. Makes one wonder about credibility of WB's claim process! Just happened on both a ~2.5 yr old Samsung Galaxy S4 and a fresh Moto G 3rd Gen. Playstore and/or West Bend need to remove this apk! Frustrating waste of time.
