  Chris: The apk works. It only really shows you your plan info, your PCP, and your digital card. All another links lead to their site or to call. So not that helpful, but it's something. 👍

  Jay Messick: Not sure the point of this apk. I can't pay my monthly bill, nor can I look up providers. It shows my Dr name and smartphone, which I have in my smartphone contacts already. It shows my card... They built an apk just for that?!?

  A Google user: Unlike the WHA Mobile apk, I don't see an option to "Hold me logged in on this device." Since I don't memorize my special website passwords, this is the first hurdle that prevents this apk from being easily useful when I need it (at the patient check in desk). // It also appears that the apk isn't useful without an Internet connection (hurdle number two), and presents the following notice: "No internet connection accessible. Please check your internet connection." The WHA Mobile apk cached the member ID cards for offline access, which was really nice. // Now that I've updated my WHA acc to be able to test this fresh MyWHA apk, it looks like I've broken access to the member ID cards within the older WHA Mobile apk, after I updated the cached info. // I guess I need to go back to having paper versions of the member ID cards in my wallet (for me and my dependents), unless this apk matures. :-(

  A Google user: Claims my smartphone is rooted when it's not. Does not give me an option to run it. If you're going to test and protect me from myself, you might wish to at least receive it right.

  Amber Barnes: Apk doesn't work. My member page is blank and the apk shuts down when I cick on the contacts icon. The only thing that works is the settings page. I can't access plan details or member ID cards, or anything.
