  Mark: Overall apk works well. My only complaint is that the Rev Up/Rev Down and Boost/Brake buttons are too little on my Pixel. Seems to be plenty of true estate left over. Button size is ok on the iPhone 6 that I installed on. Apple buttons were twice as large as Android device.

  Matt Slotten: Good Apk - I use it as my basic means of controlling my DCS system (I don't own a DCS handheld remote). Once it discovers the TIU, I'm able to perform all standard DCS operations and commands. I love the ability to use the apk on multiple or various Android device devices. My only two "wishes" are better or faster integration with the WIU/TIU (Occasionally it fails to explore a TIU, even after multiple refreshes) and an begin RESTFUL or intenful API

  Brendan Dennish: Easy apk that does the job. I search it much more intuitive than the normal DCS remote or TMCC/Legacy remote. It's not excellent, and occasionally have to refresh the apk to receive running once more. Want TMCC Locos stored their running speed like DCS/Legacy, but I think this is a fault of the TMCC system and not the apk.

  Trainroom Gary: I like the MTH DCS WiFi APP, it is better then the MTH • DCS Handheld Controller. The soft keys are a large improvement over the handheld controller. No more guessing, The APP is very player friendly. This is the best method to control a model train layout.

  Raymond Manley: Note: BUY A GOOD QUALITY NAME BRAND TABLET! DONT CHEAP OUT with the $50.00 no-name brands or you can expect issues!! Also, hold your TIU updated with the recent ver. If you run outdated TIU ver it can cause apk control problems. The Apk is perfect and clearly the future of how to control MTH Protosound 2 and 3 engines. I've had this working with two various TIUs, that have two various TIU addresses with WIU connected via ethernet to main router/network and it works perfect. From my experience using the USB port is better than the 9pin serial. I've found using 7inch smartphone to be the best device size.

  A Google user: Works awesome for the most part with a single TIU and single WIU. There are problems with the method the engines are addressed and they receive lost/inactive when using two or more TIU and WIU together in super mode, hopefully it will be fixed with full tool release, which was supposed to be out 10 months ago.....still waiting.

  Douglas McAlexander: It is good to control my trains via WiFi, using my Android device Galaxy Note 3 smartphone. I have discovered that the Playable Whistle sometimes stops functioning. I have to cycle it off and on once more to create it work once more. I sometimes lose control of my trains. It mostly happens when I use a magnetic uncoupling track or a magnetically operated log unloader. Pressing Refresh recovers the locomotive. Takes a few seconds. I hope the next ver can help lash-ups.

  George Manning Jr: Without being able to control switches, tracks, accessories, Lionel locos or set lash ups there isn't enough in this ver to warrant charging for the apk. I belive this ver could of had more to it over the gratis one. Since we are just helping fund the bonus ver I sure hope owners of this receive a discount when that true apk is accessible.

  Shana Minto: This apk has a lot of potential. Right now it is lacking quite a bit. You can do around 40% of what you can do with the actual remote. You can't access switches, tracks, or accessories. You can't add lionel trains either. You can't access station stops or a plethora of another primary stuff you can use with the remote. If you are a avid player this apk is useless to you now. I even purchased the make batter and the only large difference I see there is that I can add more mth trains now. I hope MTH completes their apk.
