  Bruce Parker: Simple to use, gratis to download and can be a true life saver. I have used the apk for a couple of years now and really have fun having it on my smartphone. With millions of trails listed by players on the site you can receive a really awesome feel for the hike (or bicycle, or walk, or kayak, or....) you are looking to do. Not only do you receive the distance, elevation change and actual track but there are frequently pictures and descriptions that really flesh out the experience. Good for travelling and even better for exploring (especially in a foreign country). The apk lays down your trail as you head through the good outdoors (or urban centers) allowing you to have fun the websites and sounds with the knowledge that you will be able to search your method back. A couple of player notes: All GPS systems are massive battery players - use airplane mode and have a battery backup. Not the best apk for tracking fitness (if you are really into recording your distances and times). Player network is helpful - google translate can assist with language barriers. Your trails, write ups and pictures remain your property. All in all an perfect apk that encourages you to discover (near and far) and I highly suggest.

  Jarvi: This is a very modest fee for a very useful thing. I do not accept with some comments that you receive the same trail maps any local tourist office. Quite the opposite, I am very grateful to people who have recorded their trails that you DO NOT receive in tourist office. Also, it is a life saviour when the signal is gone. It will still track you. Thanks!
