  Martin Ziegler: Since v2.2.2 Apk work like intended. I am able to add links directly in the Apk on a Nexus 7 and a Nexus 5x, both running recent Android device 6. It takes some time until connected Links and their connected Grove modules appear if the apk is reused after some days.

  Joachim Vermeeren: At first it was a bit tricky to setup, it helped to disable mobile data to connect to the Wio device. Once that is done, it's simple to use, and the steps to connect a device and a grove are very simple to follow. Usage is quite primary, but it also provides access to more advanced possibilities. The groves have proper photos so are simple to add. Most of the groves are supported as well, so the list of devices becomes quite long so a find or filter function would be a nice additional.

  Tony Vasquez: Works to a degree. Almost all of the groves have no photo and none of the grove ports present any info after you drag and drop. The APIs are awesome but I wouldn't say they're for beginners. After fiddling almost blindly I was able to receive it to register a button press. Then I used Tasker to give me a toast every time it's pushed. So the potential is definitely there, but the apk should be a bit better.

  Super Twang: I would steer clear of the Wio product line for now. Wio is a good concept, but suffers from an immature/incomplete set of drivers, this confusing/poorly working apk, and poorly documented ecosystem right now. This apk is a part of the whole trouble. It failed to connect to my device (Android/solution had to use the CLI). It was the first glimpse given into what Grove sensors were compatible with the Link device and what weren't -- shown to me well AFTER I bought a set of mostly unusable sensors. Nice one Seeed -- thanks a lot. Finally, it is confusing. The drag and drop in particular is very poorly designed. There is tiny indication that not all sensors are compatible with all slots. Worse, when you grab an item to drag, the slots that are INCOMPATIBLE say "Drag device here", whereas the slots that are actually compatible, lose that indicator. This is the exact OPPOSITE to how it could work. Why would this apk tell me to drag a sensor to an incompatible slot??? Anyhow, what I thought would be a fun experiment with solderless IoT, from a company I would normally believe, has turned into an expensive fail. It is unfair to show this as a working product/ecosystem.

  Richard Wright: Can't configure wio link Wio link is such a good product - it is a shame that it is allow down by an apk that doesn't work for a lot of. I cannot configure the wio another than using the CLI. Which completely fly's in the face of what the kickstarter campaign was about.

  David Stein: (Still) won't connect to network. Gave it a month, saw two apk updates released, and still - neither unit will connect. Sorry but I don't really have the time nor inclination to mess around with some sort of command line toolkit. I'll test once more after two or three more updates. So far, just other Kickstarter disappointment.

  Yong Siang: I just cant receive past the wireless connection page. I've already connected my smartphone to my home wireless connection and the apk states to let permission for wireless connection usage for apk. So i enable all permissions but still......the wiolink cant connect to wireless connection at all. Unhappy.

  Tetsuya Yuasa: The easy-going concept of WIo is unbelievable, but I couldn't even set it up. I tried with two Android device smart smartphone and an iPhone in home and work put, but everything failed. I also bought a seeed's product and got a related effect. Probably I'll not buy products anymore from them unless they offer more stable products.
