  A Google user: Use Kindle android device apk. Obviously this Android device apk sucks and the Google News ver is equally useless. But I found an perfect alternative. Use Wired in Kindle android device apk. Just do a google find for "wired kindle" to receive started. It will give you the option of verifying your existing subscription with the email and password you used when you logged in to your wired acc. P. S. : The 5star is just so that people read this and begin using it on kindle.

  A Google user: Not sure what's happened but no thought in the design of this apk and it's purpose. It's for reading and now is effectively pdf scan of the magazine where you have to zoom sections to create them readable on my smartphone. Very awful from a magazine based on technology, digital and innovation. No thought and effort from their digital squad at all.

  A Google user: This apk should be so much better if it were more than a PDF viewer for the wired magazine. Take the text and place it in a scrollable format with player defined text size and this apk will be good! Currently you're stuck squinting to test to see the text and moving the photo representing and article around a smart smartphone; Really awful UX. It also opens up opportunities for banner advertisements for your revenue if you required more incentive.

  Kathryn White: Can't access my subscription. Got the WiredUK print + digital subscription and it's been a nightmare trying to receive access to anything. They give no instructions in the emails and after figuring out and following the login process on the apk, the problems I've supposedly paid for already still present as 2.99. Help have told me to do things I've already done, and sent me links similar to completed various magazines by mistake.

  David Poulet: Doesn't work. The magazine suggests using Google News. That doesn't work either. So basically on Android device wired has abandoned its subscribers. A "tech" magazine that doesn't have a usable mobile solution, oh the irony. Wired has really lost its method.

Maybe I can pay to attend one of the happenings (the reporting of which fills an ever increasing amount of the print edition) in order to receive the knowledge on how to create the apk work?

  A Google user: No landscape mode is a assassin for me. There's simply no reason not to let this, even if it only used the central part of the screen which would require no reformatting of the content or navigation at all. Nobody can keep a really big smartphone portrait for long.
