  Daniel Rickenbach: I'm a bit of a sceptic on some kinds of positive thinking---the "Secret" kind that predominates pop psychology, and expensive self improvement tools. I was greatful to search WOOP--- "Rethinking Positive Thinking". There is an authenticity to this research. Merging reality and obstacles with our deeper longings feel right to me and solves much of my uneasiness surrounding positive thinking. I search this process practical and useful. Test it, I think WOOP is much closer to the type of self-help that honors human dignity and empowers private growth in very sustainable methods.

Especially when you can't review what you have written in an earlier query eg I've responded an outcome now I need to think of obstacles though can't quickly review the outcome I've just written. When I can see all the info in the one screen I can't edit it.
