This word mini games word puzzles helper has six components, a Boggle (Ruzzle) board solver, a Wordle solver, an anagram solver or unscrambler, a multi-word unscrambler, a Crossword aide, and a word checker. The apk has been highly optimized for response time and power consumption, which allows it to offer the following special features: 1. Wordle Solver. The solver gives candidate words for the next guess based on player inputs of green, yellow, and grey letters. It offers three distinct features. First, it sports a score system for choosing next guesses. By using the word with the highest score every time, our automatic tests achieve an average of only 3.8 guesses for solving a Wordle puzzle across all 2315 words in the original Wordle solution word list. Second, the solver supports word exploration when 4 letters were found but there are still a lot of possible solutions. For example, in a mini game you found 4 green letters ?OUND, but there are still five possible solutions: BOUND, FOUND, MOUND, ROUND, and SOUND. If there are 2 or more chances left, the best next move is not to test any of those words, but to test a word like FORMS (discover letters F, M, R, S). This guarantees to solve this puzzle in two guesses. In such cases, the solver gives exploration choices besides reply choices. Exploration words are from the NYT acceptable word list, but often obscure. They may not be accepted by some apks. For this reason, the solver gives 5 exploration choices. Third, the solver automatically expands to a very really big word list when it cannot search any candidate word from the original Wordle solution word list, making it an effective word searcher for Wordle with ANY unknown solution word list. Our field tests with two Wordle apks both achieve 80+ winning streaks with no another assist. 2. Boggle solver (Ruzzle solver). The solver solves Boggle boards of sizes 3×3, 4×4, 5×5, and 6×6. Players can see the words on the board by tapping the effect words. Additionally, the solver has a built-in board generator (activated by tapping the ‘FILL’ key). For 4×4 mini games, the generator emulates physical Boggle games. 3. Anagram solver or word unscrambler. This highly optimized word searcher unscrambles up to 24 letters with ANY number of wildcards. It also supports optional pattern filters (begins with, includes, and ends with) where the pattern may include wildcards, as well as letter filters (contains letters and excludes letters). 4. Multi-word unscrambler. Given a set of letters, the multi-word unscrambler finds 1, 2, and 3 words that can be formed with all of the letters. A common trouble with multiword unscrambling is that the number of answers can easily become very really big and thus not meaningful. The apk mitigates this trouble by (1) minimizing duplication (e.g. “WINE AND DINE” is the same as “DINE AND WINE” so only one will be included in the results), (2) supporting optional filters that let players to narrow down the answers by specifying the size of words and words to be included, and (3) sorting the answers based on word usage popularity (common words appear early). 5. Crossword Aide. The crossword aide is a pattern matcher where players specify a word pattern with known and unknown letters, and it gives all candidate words that would match the pattern. This function helps in crossword puzzles where the word pattern and some letters in the word are known. 6. Word Checker. The word checker checks if a word is in a specific dictionary. The apk supports three dictionaries: Scrabble US, Scrabble UK, and the Enhanced North American Benchmark LExicon (ENABLE) that the Words with Mates (WWF) mini game is based on. The results of Boggle solver, unscrambler, crossword aide can be sorted based on word usage (common words appear early), alphabetical order, or scrabble scores. The results of Wordle solver can be sorted based on the score and alphabetical order. The results of multi-word unscrambler can be sorted based on word usage and alphabetical order.
