Please hold in mind that you need to log in to the apk with the username and password you made during registration and not your email address. I created that mistake at first and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong.

  Monica Perez: This apk is very hard to set up but once set up, is very simple to use. Love the import feature, that allows you to send your info to your doctor. Be prepared to call their perfect customer assistance for the scale and apk and be patient as they walk you through it. Please note when they ask you to "tap on the scale," they mean to step on it and step off it.

  Nanette Chapman: Fix for data only uploading weigh and BMI. After latest make batter, heart rate showed up but my scale does not do heart rate. Follow instructions below and all data (except heart rate) will upload as before. 1. On dashboard, click on the pencil (upper right corner). 2. Unselect "Heart Rate" 3. Click the checkmark to save setting (upper right corner). 4. Return to dashboard. Data will now upload. I am using Android device so not sure if steps exactly the same on iOS.

  A Google user: It works. It won't connect to Bluetooth unless you say yes to all the permission access. That's stupid. I spend almost 2 hr to finally figure it out. If permission access is not optional, then don't ask as if we have a choice.

  Keith Golebie: Note: Apk has been fixed. Modernize for apk kept crashing. Tried to follow recommended steps. Nothing worked, and now the apk is gone and will not reinstall. Note: Developers responded quickly to all the requests and updated the apk. It is now working once more just ok, so thank you to them. So I updated the rating. I have used this apk for a few years worth the scale and search it quite helpful.

  Natalie Houde: UPDATE 3/2021: Found a good method mine works. 1. I touch apk but don't begin all the method 2. I tap my scale and when it goes to 00.0 I tap the apk notice at the bottom and then tap 'connect to scale'. Works 100% time. Rating is so low because after having the scale for a short time it quit connecting to my apk. I finally restart scale and uninstalled the apk. It is working now but if I can receive it to work unintertupted for 6 months I will gladly come back and change to 5 stars.
