  Kirk Baxter: Have upgraded to android device 6.0.1. Maps on the apk do not present any overlay. No cameras or street conditions. Not sure why, but not very useful this method UPDATE: I checked and all the permissions on the apk were turned on.... but still no map data. So I uninstalled the apk, and reinstalled and created sure to give permission for access to all requested stuff. IT WORKED!! Thanks.

  Sean Howie: Works well Used the apk latest winter for work travel and it helped a lot. Updated details as I moved to a various section of the same highway, as well as, when changing highways. Just got the recent modernize. Never used the map/webcams on the apk only on the site. Got this apk primarily for the hands gratis feature and the ability to receive updates while driving!   Michael Hendricks: Much more convenient than the WYDOT site. The "where am I" feature is a handy method to quickly search your current mile marker for reporting to tow trucks, etc. Apk is laid out cleanly. If you're on Android device M (6.0) be sure to grant permission to read/write files. The apk needs this for storing camera and condition data and won't work without it.

  Jennifer Hoffman: Good for Wyoming travelers! This is a tie in to WYDOT's street and travel web page. The coolest aspect is the hangs free/eyes gratis option. You turn it on and the street conditions will be read aloud to you as you travel. When you turn onto a fresh street it gives you fresh conditions. It will also present you the route and milepost of your current place- this is good info to have to report a crash.

  Kristy Hepner: It's useful The awesome: it has a feature that will audibly alert you to street conditions ahead. The awful: it can stop refreshing data under unknown conditions, leading to drivers making the wrong decision about resuming travel. A refresh can be forced by force-stopping the apk or by uninstalling and reinstalling. Also, it doesn't zoom in on your place when opening map mode, to quickly present you relevant conditions. If these "awful" traits are addressed, this apk would be four-star at least.

  Amanda Hopsecker: It has potential What I like about the site is that I can pick a street number and view a list of conditions. The apk takes me directly to a map, which lags, and is more confusing for me to use. In the end, it doesn't save me time over using the site on my smartphone, and it takes up more storage place on my smartphone. I think the map is good, but it would be awesome if it was an option you can select to use. Also, I couldn't receive the Webcam photos to zoom in on my smartphone, so it puts the apk at other disadvantage.

  Jerald Merrick: Helping drivers through Wyoming This Apk is supposed to give street updates, it works 75% of the time, by that I mean it is accurate 75%. Latest year I go stranded at a truck stop because apk said streets were to awful to drive on, found out from other trucker I should have gotten through with no problems.
