Lucas Stoudt: Best method to track your workouts with the X3 bar. It might not be gratis, but well worth the price. 100 times better than the official, gratis apk and all of the different Excel spreadsheets that some people use. The apk will track your exercises, bands, reps, weight, bf%, etc. Besides having the official workouts preloaded it also allows you to make your own workout templates. The developer is also very responsive to adding in extra features if multiple people are requesting it.

Luke Westphal: This apk for X3 Bar Players is spot on. Makes it simple to track my progress in band strengths and # repetitions. If you think you're going to complete fatigue but you're not tracking your progress in bands / reps, then your leaving gains at the table, guaranteed. Customizable so I can use 3rd party bands, make extra movements, track advanced programming versus. standard, weight / body fat etc. And the developer continues to add more utilities based on customer/X3 Player feedback.

Anthony Fortson: I had an problem with the apk right at first. I contacted the developer and within 5 mins I had an actual response from the developer and not an auto response. Good customer service. Trouble was resolved. The apk shop fault not developer. Apk works very well. Much better than the gratis one from the company. I like the metronome feature. Helps hold an accurate time during advance holds. Very well done. Hold up the awesome work.

Jason Albanese: Creator is extremely responsive and always improving the apk. The ability to make your own workout templates and add your own bands to the band list is good. Love the option to stack the bands too. Can't say enough awesome things about the apk & creator

Richard Slater: Unbelievable program for tracking your X3 including Analytics once you have a few workouts in it. The designer is very fast to reply any queries, fixing broken items or upgrading it from workable and specific requests. The gratis apk for X3 should definitely learn a few things.

Kim Lindström: Good X3 apk! The X3 Log -apk is how I imagined the apk would be like when Doc J first announced there would be an X3 apk for tracking the X3 workouts. The X3 bar itself is an good workout program, the "X3 tracker" however, is not. So I am very satisfied that I purchased this seemingly expensive apk. But it seems that it is worth the cash. However, since I am paying for it, I really would like if you should opt to change the LBS to KG. A little thing, but would improve the apk in my opinion.
