  Don Imbordino: The apk does not allow me know I have a VM. I have to begin the apk to see if I have voicemail after an unanswered call. UPDATE: I was contacted via telephone by John from Xfinity a few times about my above problem. I have never dealt with anyone who was more concerned and wanting to assist me. The problem has been resolved and I applaud Xfinity for such good customer service. Thank you!

  Kristofer Jati: I havent been able to use this apk since the day I started the xfinity mobile service. The auditory system when you call the voicemail is extremely agrovating to use as it feels like a long waste of time. I have tried calling about this problem multiple times only to be hung up on or unable to search a solution. I have done all troubleshooting possible including hard resets and uninstalling and reinstalling. If I should actually use the apk i would be more than satisfied to change my review. Edit: As of 3/16 my voicemail is working, a bit out of the blue but a very satisfied surprise. All of the voicemails i had previously are now in the apk, inspected it, and the notifications work well too! Really excited to have the apk to be able to use and glad the voice to text is gratis. A lot of another company's charge for that. Turns out not long after posting this originally, i received a call from a comcast representative, however because it was a 1800 number i didnt pick up. Now that i have the voicemail setup i should see the one that he left. Whatever you guys did, good, thank you.

Good customer service! ***below was my 1-star review*** You used to have the ability to "share" the voicemail as an MP3 and save it. This is not accessible any longer. I required this feature to hold my voicemail box empty, yet still hold the voicemail for my records. Please bring this back! I would be satisfied to give this apk 5 stars when this comes back.

  Lisa Pease: I wish to give a scream out to James who was able to resolve an problem I had been struggling with for a week since activating my smartphone with Xfinity, after numerous smartphone calls, time, frustration and promises to receive back to me I reached out via email for help of this apk and the next day received a call from James who was able to receive my voicemail working for the first time in 7 days. They may be experiencing Growing Pains since they have started offering mobile services but I am glad I hung in there. I would recommend reaching out to the help squad via the info provided for this apk if you have problems with Xfinity voicemail.

  Joy Campbell: *modernize* emailed and help responded quickly, although the apk started working correctly before I tried their solution! No issues, works! I don't receive fresh voicemails or notifications of fresh ones with this apk anymore. Can't delete any of them or set them as fresh anymore. Stumbled into my actual Voicemail by dialing my number and listening in, which I haven't had to do in YEARS and found fresh messages there. Disappointed as it seemed to work ok when it was first installed a few months ago.

I would like to offer some tip though change the notice played if voicemail isn't set up or working. it says the voicemail you are trying to reach is not in service. but thank you once more for getting this resolved so quickly never had any problems with ATT and my iPhones.. I switch to xfinity mobile and now I cant keep voicemails and the notification says my service is inactive which is even better than not getting voicemails because now my clients think I had my smartphone turned off. gotta love losing cash.

  Stuart Bryant: ITS BEEN 8 MONTHS, MY APP STILL DOESNT WORK! Xfinity "says" they have been working on fixing it, but, REALLY how long or hard is it to fix this trouble? I can't read my voicemails, like they CLAIM, or anything in this APP as they said I should on the WEB SITE and on all advertisements. So false advertising sold me on my smartphone and it still doesn't work. Imm returnijng smartphone and getting one that WORKS THE WAY THE COMPANY CLAIMS IT DOES! Modernize, after 1 YEAR of service, they fixed the trouble with my voicemail on my Samsung S8+, HOWEVER, I had already purchased a Samsung Note 8 on my Xfinity Acc [ S8 was on my old roommate's acct]. So I am working with my old roommate to return the S8+, as I now have m y OWN PHONE. I love my Note 8, it has worked PERFECTLY from day one. I don't know why it took so long for them to fix the old voicemail, but, it was TOO LITTLE TO LATE! AT LEAST THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS GOTTEN MUCH BETTER AS WELL!

  Michael DeLigny: Just to add, right now it does not work with the Samsung Note 8. Works with the Samsung S8+. Once Xfinity mobile starts supporting more phones I am hopefully certain all the tiny bugs will be ironed out.
