  Brock Fuller: Perfect customer service. I was setting it up incorrectly and gave a low rating. After no response from me they sent a second email offering to assist me receive it to work so I fired it back up and now it works! They didn't even need to assist it turned out, but were very polite and didn't give up trying to assist me.

  LuciferX10: Not what I expected After reading all the negative views I was really iffy about this. I haven't bothered with the whole alarm sounding off thingy when I walk to far away from it. I don't use that feature since I would have to leave blue tooth running at all times (I think). What I do use is then feature that commands the alarm to beep/sound off. Perhaps because mine is the newest ver, I can easily hear the beeping and search it. Best part is, I only need to turn blue tooth on when I need it to beep. Good item!

  Thomas Flaniken: I can track everything I purchased my first 3 package to hold track of my keys. THEN ! I punched my second 3 package to track my motorcycle and my best mate just lost her dog so I gave her one. There are literally 101 uses for this and the GPS doesn't have to be on all the time draining your battery you can begin the apk and your smartphone will pick up the search it with close enough accuracy to search it.

  I have both xy4 & xygps setup was not true simple, some glitches. Once help got involved things got much easier. I am using both XY 4s & XY GPS , they are working well. If I need more I won't look for a various unit.

  marc krigel: Recent ver: Magnifique! Now that the apk auto-loads, and supports Tablets (at least it supports my Galaxy S2), I can search tiny to complain about, though I should want that XY should turn the smartphone ringer on, or fine a tone when the device's ringer is off. Even my smartphone can produce tones. BTW, XY customer service is gorgeous. They go out of their method to hold customers satisfied (and loyal)

  Joseph London: Beacon helped me search my lost keys My keys fell out of my pocket when snowblowimg the driveway. I got to work and realized keys were not in pocket. I looked up latest place, went to my home, and found they had not only fallen out of my pocket but had gone through the snowblower and were 10 feet in yard. Beacon only sustained a scratch and still beeped after being buried in snow all night. Tough tiny beacons, The keyring itself was mangled!

  michael may: I bought some over Christmas and installed on all the vehicle and house key sets in the house. Install and setup was straightforward.. I have already used the apk and tracker to search a set of keys a couple of times and so far it has worked well. I had the Tile for a couple of years which also worked fine, but the batteries expired which was a tiny frustrating. I like that i can change the batteries on these guys.. I would say my only reservation with the XY4+ is that they are slightly more bulky than the Tile, but its no large deal....

  Doesn't work DO NOT SPEND YOU TIME OR MONEY Got it looks loaded worked. Went to try next day. Says keys are out range each time I test. The keys are 2 feet away. Not worth your time
