About the application:

Yellowstone Wolves 2020 celebrates the 25th year since the wolves were reintroduced into Yellowstone NP in 1995. In those 25 years, there has been a tradition of an annual chart giving a snapshot of the wolves in the Park. This apk brings the content of the 2020 chart to mobile device players. $1 from each apk sold is donated directly to the Yellowstone Wolf Project. The apk provides a map showing the places of the packs throughout the Park. The player can touch the icon at the top right of the screen to see stats of the content of the apk. The map can be zoomed & panned. The player can either touch one of the package places to see the info for that package or touch the Info icon at the bottom of the screen to see info for all packs. The Info screen shows the package info at the top & info about the wolves at the bottom; both of which can be paged. The player can receive stats about the package & a legend by touching the top right icon. The Find function allows the player to choose criteria to see a specific set of packs & wolves in the Info screen. The player can touch the middle icon at the top of the Info screen to see stats of the chosen set of packs & wolves. For example, the player should find for all collared wolves or all wolves with a specific coat color. Other material contained on the chart is in the About section of the apk. This contains explanations, descriptions, legends & contact info. For example, the player can receive info on how to identify packs and what coat colors are for each wolf. The player can search out how to be a part of the wolf restoration managed by the Yellowstone Wolf Project. This section also includes info about the Yellowstone Wolf Family Tree, a collection of the previous years' charts & the current year's plastic-laminated wolf chart. Wi-Fi access is not required to use the app. Devices & Orientations supported - devices ranging from phones to really big screen tablets - both portrait & landscape orientations & rotation between them.
