  Bobbie Aubel: Above and beyond customer service! I had an problem with my Samsung 9S not downloading melody. I called CS and talked to Jared...he was the kindest, most patient rep I have ever spoken to. There was a bug with this Samsung smartphone somewhere, but he and the IT staff was able to fix my trouble. The apk itself is simple to use and has a large selection of melody. Good apk if you are an instructor.

  Jenn Shotwell: I've been using this apk for two years consistently in teaching step and for my own workouts. It is bar none the best method to receive melody from multiple playlists of melody I've purchased. Love that I can turn off my smartphone screen and it keeps playing seamlessly. Very reliable, I've seldom had any problems with it that were unrelated to another apks sending notifications to my smartphone. Off I turn those off (text notifications, Fb messenger notifications) I have no interruptions to the melody.

  Bethany Moore: I love this apk!!! Every month you receive a bunch of fresh albums with all various styles of melody for a large dozens of classes. One time I should not receive an album I wanted to download and customer service was good and by the next day they emailed me to allow me know the problem was resolved. So simple to adjust the BMP either faster or slower for whatever style you might need. Large selection, simple to use, and good customer service! How should you go wrong :) LOVE LOVE LOVE

  Bea: Awesome value and melody selection. Largest problem is that once I make a playlist, I can NEVER delete it from the apk. Even if I go to the site and delete the non-wanted playlist, it still exists on the apk (un-installed, re-installed, completely various smartphone, clear cache/data etc... the old playlists are always there). So it is difficult to search playlists as I can neither organize, sort or hide them.

I was super excited for this feature but I cannot organize my playlists... as an instructor of a lot of class types, I like to organize by bpm and class kind. I search myself scrolling constantly to search what I need or just settling for something else to listen to

  Lisa Barno: the downloads sometimes dont complete. the user needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled as it stops working and sometimes in playback of a download, it will hold repeating a song even if the user indicates its not. when it works its awesome. needs to fix bugs.

  Barbara Eason: I wish to love it, but it stops midplay in the middle of class and there's no recovery. It's embarrassing when it happens over and over and members begin asking why I don't just use a CD. Jared at Yes! is bending over backward to assist, please work out the bugs and create this a good apk!

  DAR R: I had to receive a fresh smartphone and I don't have access to my custom mixes! I have class tomorrow. It keeps telling me to make batter. I don't wish to make batter i just wish access to my melody to teach class. Why do we have to download the melody all over once more if we switch our smartphone? Such an inconvenience. Would love to hear from someone before tomorrow morning.

  Cindy Farkas: I love the premixed melody. It had failed in the past but it has not failed recently. My problem is with the customize your own melody feature. I can't create my own mix on the apk. It just doesn't begin anything. Any assist with that?

  Becky Summers: I have the same problem of this apk quitting on me during my classes. While customer service consistently responds to my concerns, it's still not working 2-3 months later despite reinstalling it multiple times. I also have a random cardio album listed as purchased when I did not even buy it or look at it previously! Don't know what to use now, power melody 1 has worse reviews...

  Jennifer Bruce: I used TM for classes for years with no problems. Now that I have a Samsung device I was thrilled to search this apk but it is useless if I have to make a Yes acc, etc. Just to use my own mixes and melody in the apk. The Magic is gone.

  Philliycheese 219: I recently switched from an iPhone to a Galaxy. This apk worked good on my iPhone. So far, this apk does not work well on the Galaxy 5 that I use. It takes forever to receive my custom mixes into my device. "Unzipping" takes forever and if I receive out of my apk to use my smartphone, forget it. The process starts all over once more. Thankfully, I still have my iPhone and use this apk on that when I teach class. Otherwise, I would have to search a various method to receive melody.

  tammy torres: I can't minimize the apk while the melody is playing without the melody getting distorted. The tempo slows down and goes off beat. Therefore I can't utilize another apks while using this one. Its useless if I can't use another apks like a HIIT timer for my classes at the same time I'm playing melody.

  Laurie gonzalez: This was my go-to apk for over 1 year and I loved it. I found it simple to use and very reliable but today it completely stopped working. In the middle of class ... after one song froze up and would not reset. I uninstalled then reinstalled but same thing no luck. I'm digging out my old iPod ..trying to use that but without the tempo Magic it's so frustrating. ..From one second to the next it just stopped working what happened? I also receive a yellow outline on the play button when i test to begin it. Assist!

  Kim Davis: I just started a gratis trial and really like the idea of having all the melody and custom mixes accessible. I've played with it some and 2x now I used it in classes--started off good but 15-20 minute in the melody just stopped. I thought it was my Bluetooth speaker the first time, so I created sure it was fully charged and the next day tried again--same thing. Today I was trying it at home before class this afternoon and 3min into the first song it stops! Very frustrating and totally useless if it doesn't do what it claims. Glad this was a gratis trial--unless it's fixed I won't be subscribing. I have a Samsung Note 3. Really don't know what star to rate it--would love it if it worked.
