  Hayley Tomkinson: This apk is good! It's the only at home yoga practice I've ever stuck with. There are so a lot of various videos and a filter, which makes it really simple to search something to help what your body and mind needs each time you come to it. Hannah is a unbelievable teacher and I love how much of the 'mind' part of yoga she brings into it too. I feel much stronger and calmer after using the apk this past year and it's helped with particular places too - like my sore 'working from home' neck/shoulders.

She has a dozens of modules and the lengths of the yoga practice sessions in each module varies. It also includes short meditation sessions. And she is fast to reply and questions online or emails as well.

  Tori Bedingfield: Love the apk. Ive been struggling to continue yoga practice under lockdown and this apk really keeps me on track! I really like Hannah's classes because she has a very clear method of explaining what to do so you dont actually have to be looking at the screen to follow along. The apk also has everyday positive messages sent to you, and Hannah is quite responsive on fb with any questions.

  Mikaela Jolly: I have been doing Hannah's youtube yoga videos for some time and decided it was time to check out her apk and.. WOW! I love it! There is a dozens of yoga flows and trainings you can do that work all various parts of your body. She is also really good at giving you reminders and advices throughout the exercise without it being "too much" talking. Her quotes at the end of the flows really assist set my week up right. I can't wait to hold practicing with her!

  Peter Erwin: I got introduced to Hannah Barrett's practice through my wife. She has been practicing prenatal yoga with her for a while and found it absolutely simple and structured. I've been regularly following 'Yoga for runners and cyclists' after my everyday runs. Not only do I receive to cooldown but I can feel less soreness the following morning. I strongly suggest Hannah Barrett for improving flexibility and reducing the stiffness that most runners like me face on a day to day basis.
