  Will Schramm: It's dead. Someone bury it, please. Easily the worst apk I've ever used. We've graduated from reinstalling it every month in order to receive it to work to just getting asinine error messages no matter what you do. Luckily, you can just pay online.

  Dan Limbert: Nothing but errors Never works. Same as other review, need to uninstall and reinstall every time. Also doesn't save your bank acc details for paying rent, so you need to look it up every month. Much easier to just go to the rental office than use this apk.

  A: This apk is absolutely horrible. It doesn't always present payments and submit them on time. Which causes late fees, and when you complain to management they don't care. Clearly its all about cash because I know Im not the only one who has complained about it. They don't agree rent payments at the office anymore so there's no method around not using it. And the system doesn't always send emails so without proof that you paid you're stuck with the fees.
