I'm 64 years old, started with consoles when they first came out; while you gamers were children and played these mini games, I was already working and had children, so I should buy them all (not wait for Mom and Dad to receive them for me)- I had most all the systems at one time or other: I once bought a 500.00 Turbo Graphics 16 CD, just so I should play Ys Ebooks I and II (500.00 back then was crazy). Needless to say, I've played and still play the Sega Master and TX16 versions of Ys, so if any of you'reading this has played Y's back in the golden days of gaming, you'll better appreciate this mini game. Don't give up or judge the mini game tell you've played a while. I own a JXD mini game smartphone, so might have created play better for me.

  Jacob Hudson: I haven't completed the mini game yet, but so far it is an good mini game for your smartphone or smartphone. The controls work beautiful well, but if you have a MOGA or PS4 controller I would suggest using those because the boss wars can be quite tough with touchscreen controls. Overall if you haven't played this on ps or pc pick it up if your looking for a mini game rpg to play.

  Ryu Kyobyashi: Love the mini game so far Beautiful good mini game ive played the 2nd Ys mini game on my PSP and loved it so i figured i would check out the first mini game and i love it. The controls take some getting used to but you adjust quickly. Im only a lvl 4 but im also barely at Minea. Im not sure if that is impressive or not but eh i wish atleast the 3 piece 2000 gold each equipment set before i leave Minea. Good mini game hope it stays good all the method through

  Andrew Tomlinson: I love ys I love Ys Origins, so I decided to test this out. Installed the apk, ran the apk. Apk started to unpack files. I receive failed unpacking files at about 96%. Now that's all it ever says. Have no idea how to fix this, and I don't wish to restore my smartphone (cm12.1 tmo note 4). Refunded. I will just receive this mini game on the PC if I can. Edit: Reinstalled, created sure my smartphone wouldn't go to sleep. Everything works ok now.

  Josh Landry: (Fixed)!Great mini game with a little flaw IMO... Allow me begin by saying I love the look and feel of the port... That said I would love to receive a fixed dpad, or even an option to not have the dpad follow your finger. Sometimes in the heat of combat I run out of room on my screen, or obstruct the view and have to reposition often ending in my death :-/ -p.s. if this option exists I am unable to search it o.O

  Ethan Allen: Good ver Since they fixed the controls this mini game guidelines. Melody sounds good can't decide which melody I like most so I switch back and forth from Origianal, Chronicles, and PC-88. Just want they had the Turbo Grafix 16 CD ver of the melody but I understand it's a license thing. If you are a fanatic of Ys and wish to have it with you in your pocket you need this ver.

The mini game itself is a relatively fast rpg and a fun play. At times the mini game can be rather difficult but it is still a enjoyable mini game.
