  Sarah King: The two large reasons I like this apk are 1) I save cash by not having to have exact change - since bus drivers cannot give change. And 2) if I am making a fast run to a grocery shop or something, I can use just one single pass for $2.75 as a round trip because it does not expire for 90 mins. I've read the reviews about people's tickets getting locked. I one time did experience something related, where I had purchased a bulk amount of tickets and then should not access them temporarily. This was really frustrating, but I did receive access to them the next day. It was like they would vanish and then reappear sporadically on a whim. My solution to this is to only buy one ticket at a time, and only at the moment I need it, i.e. only if I am activating it right away. I search the apk to be very simple to use, convenient, a cash saver, and it gives peace of mind because I do not have to hold going to stores to break a $5 or something to have exact change for the bus.

  Cory L: Originally, the apk was very unstable had a lot of nasty bugs. But since the modernize recently, it's fixed the issues it had. One i can call off hand, it would receive a data error. And you couldn't access your tickets once more. Unless, you called customer advocacy, and had them refresh the apk. I just had a little error notice but, it didn't glitch out. So well done RT, you've fixed the problem everyone has had with the zip pass apk. 5 star rating from me.

But my kids gave me an s9 Samsung and transferring the zip has been a challenge this latest week. I'm really getting upset with my smartphone and the zip pass feel like throwing them both into the window

  S Sa: Overall its good. Convenient plus it has true time bus tracking which is a major plus (why isnt there true time light rail?). My only problem is that Folsom/Yolo/Elk Grove wont agree the this even if you buy the everyday pass (They agree the paper pass). So im forced to have to create sure i carry the correct change to purchase a paper everyday pass. Still having the schedules and true time bus tracking makes it a good apk for anyone that takes RT.

  Jeneva Willoughby: After the modernize on October 2, my zip pass doesn't work unless I reboot my smartphone each time I use it. Bus drivers are not interested in holding up their schedule while I test to receive my apk working. Hope you fix this.

  RJ W: would not agree my totally legit credit card...machines at light rail stations don't take cards...Multiple people here saying they are double charged for single fares...DO THEY ACTUALLY WANT PEOPLE USING TRANSIT IN SACRAMENTO? Wrote email to apk developer MONTHS AGO will not response...As it is the busses don't een stop at bus stops reliably, drivers don't stop at bus stops unless flagged down...most backwards transit for a 'major' city...ONLY DIRECTLY AFFECTING MY ABILITY TO WORK IS ALL

  Lisa R.: Why is there a lock on tickets i purchase? I go to use my ticket and it says it is locked because the ticket is active. How do i unblock this or turn it off. I need access to ride the bus and light rail every day. Its absolutely ridiculous and so frustrating. I have no access to the fare i purchased and i have to pay for other fare so i don't receive a citation. This needs to be fixed. It would be good if i had access.. Unblock my tickets please.

  Katie Savidge: This apk is horrible. Usually it doesn't give me any issues, but this morning it gave me all sorts of troubles. It was endlessly loading when I tried to purchase a everyday pass (WHICH IS $7 NEED I REMIND YOU), it charged me twice and then when I tried to search my ticket, it told me I had no tickets. I tried to reset my smartphone, thinking that this would solve the trouble, but it didn't. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apk. Doing that, however, LOCKED my tickets and I can't unblock them. Seeing as how I don't have a vehicle and was going to be late to work if I didn't receive going, I had to purchase a THIRD ticket, spent over $20 dollars, and almost missed my bus. And there's nothing I can do to unblock those another two tickets or receive my cash back. FIX THIS.

  Justin Kohn: It will rip you off by locking you out of your purchased tickets. Don't buy more than 1 at a time, or better yet, just use the ticket kiosks. They will actually give you your ticket.

James: It's certainly more convenient than carrying money to buy a ticket at the machine.However, it's VERY glitchy.Often I have to reset my smartphone to receive it to work properly.Twice now when I tried to buy tickets, it said there was some error and to test once more, and that I wouldn't be charged twice.Both times I ended up getting charged for every attempt I had tried to put the order ($200 spent when I had only intended to spend $50).The first time it wouldn't even present my tickets and I got a citation!

  Keith Bray: I'm like everyone else where I've bought tickets and can't access them. In my case I used SacRT when I didn't have a vehicle. I ended up buying one so I didn't use the apk for about 8 monyhs. But my vehicle blew the motor and now I'm back to using public transportation once more. This time however I'm disabled and cannot walk very far. I NEED this apk to buy tickets so I can receive rides for doctor appointments! Calls to customer service sometimes receive through and on the rare occurances where I receive a live voice they're clueless as to what to do. Latest time they said they required to contact IT and would receive back to me in an hour. They NEVER called back. So having some 30+ years of IT background I decided to test some easy troubleshooting steps myself. Since I couldn't log on from my Android device smartphone I decided to load the application to my iPad. Surprisingly it worked but now I have a various trouble. My iPad doesn't have a network service so the only method to access the internet from my iPad is to tether off my smartphone. I know that part of the equation works but will the reader pick up the tickets from my iPad if it's not directly connected? We'll see tomorrow!! But my recommendations is to have an application help person accessible during business hours to help these types of problems OR have the ability to access the application provider for help. Either method its obvious that nobody from SacRT reads these reviews or there would be more concern to resolve them!!

  L Schroeder: Bought tickets, and whether I save them the cloud or device, it blocks them out and says saved elsewhere. I bought 5 tickets and now I can't use them. Called customer service FOUR TIMES IN ON DAY and nobody answers, they ask you to leave a voicemail. Horrible app.Super annoying, better not receive a citation.

  Jemshyn: Trying to buy a ticket and got a communication error saying the purchase couldn't be completed. Tried to reconnect to complete the purchase because I required the ticket. Gave up after three retries. Found Four tickets in my ticket wallet! I only required to buy one and only need at most two for today and the foreseeable future, and from another reviews saying how simple it is to lose tickets I'm probably never going to receive to use the another two. Very disappointing.
