  mike stroud: I understand you give up a tiny with this apk but I understand the need to hold sensitive data off user's phones. Looks like a lot of are method too hard on this apk compared to what I see on it. I've had a few problems but works ok for the most part.

  Mary Beth Wakulat: Crappy apk which seems to be worsening. Have to constantly reinstall in order to access the menu bar. Fine for responding to e-mail but can't initiate an e-mail because the damn menu/task bar keeps disappearing. I hope my agency changes to other product.

  Daniel Hampton: While the apk may not be the prettiest it is still very functional and simple to use. However, it is missing 2 key elements for any business/corporate player. You cannot send a high priority email nor can you set an out of response. Will gladly rate higher if those ever become accessible. Disappointed the developers would not consider those necessary enough to contain in the initial setup.

  Bruno Mruckovski: This application has to be uninstalled every time password is changed. Not only that, but it also messes up the login into pc. I am calmly told to "just uninstall" the apk, like that is perfectly normal. Another than this nuisance, the apk does what it is supposed to do.

  Daniel Burger: Out of office needs to be added. Some sort of guidelines function and more robust options for notifications. I work in a service desk and I would love notifications about specific problems, but need to create sure notifications do not happen from specific automated notice responses, otherwise it's notifying every few seconds.

  Michael Huffman: Application allows you to view work emails securely. If acc lockout is enabled and you change your password, it will ping the DC constantly until you receive locked out, so create sure to set your smartphone to airplane mode before doing so.

  Justin Snyder: I just wish to know why I can't receive email notifications. I checked all of my Android device settings, notifications are allowed, tried setting them to priority, but I still don't receive alerts. I also checked my battery settings and this apk is set to "unmonitored" so it's also not going to sleep when I close it. I occasionally receive calendar notifications though, which really makes this weird. Upon talking to some another people I work with, it's mixed, some keep push notifications some don't. Answers are mixed between Android device and iPhone players. I'm on a Galaxy note 8, completely up to date. No clue. Also, I spoke with our exchange and safety squads, both have verified all settings on their side.

  Dave Nissel: Yeah, it's a method "to do BYOD", but my God, it is horrible. Swipe to delete sort of works, numerous unexplained crashes. In addition, updates to an appointment in Outlook do not always (almost never actually) receive synched to the apk. If your players had Touchdown or a full client and you force this on them, they will hate IT even more. I know, I'm in IT but our safety department chose and then dictated this.

  Adam Beck: Only reason to use this apk is for companies that force you to. Apk lags regularly, freezes, doesn't alert to smartphone even when the options are chosen, display is behind the times.

  Dan Curley: Says no Internet connection when I have 5 bars. Can take 3-4 attempts for email to send. In some cases it sends the same email multiple times. I only use the apk if I absolutely have to.

  Shadetree Dad: When making a calendar happening you can't set the notification time. It's defaulted at 15 mins. If I knew this when we were vetting safe email options, it would have been a deal breaker. ZixOne response, “Hopefully this can be fixed on the next modernize.” That was a few updates ago.

  Chris Kyarsgaard: As the IT Manager, I understand the safety this kind of apk provides and why it's required, even with some of the drawbacks. As as player, I absolutely detest this apk. Very poorly executed. Constantly receive the "No internet connection" notice. Searching for e-mail doesn't seem to work at all. I haven't found a method to change the fresh notice check timing, it appears to be push only. So my smartphone is constantly beeping at me 24/7. There are no quiet hours options so I can have fun my time away from work. We have only implemented it for a few players, if my boss decides to push this on everybody we're going to receive a lot of hate mail.

  Larry Norris: Lacks the functionality of Touchdown and a lot of another email apks. I fully understand why our company chose to use this from safety standpoint, however it doesn't have any of the calendar functions I need. I can't set pre-event notifications, editing, deleting changing time or date of events...etc.etc. Allow alone setting out of office. I do like the folder functionality and primary email handling is ok.
