Matt Pontius: Once you begin using it, it's actually useful and helps me stay prioritized. I don't know why another reviews say having to make an acc is so awful. It just wants just an email address and a password - not a large deal. And I think I should have used my Fb login if I wanted too. Then you only have to pay if you wish to sync your data to a server, otherwise it's gratis. Awesome enough for me.

Wilson Massie: Am I using a various apk to everyone else? I'm a large fanatic of the Franklin Covey system but did a tonne of research before paying for this. Nothing else allows you the flexibility or personalisation to prioritise, group & rank tasks, then drill down & view by project, by urgency, by importance; creating everyday & weekly to do lists. It's fast, allows layers of detail, sets reminders, auto repeat tasks; best of all is the web interface you can access on any pc via a browser. Syncs seamlessly w/ Google tasks.

Scott Shelton: I was originally disappointed but with latest changes First true task apk worth using"!! To receive the most out of it: 1. Don't Sync with Google but instead use the default sync to web. 2. Change the priorities to typical ABC & 123 in settings. The you can set up roles, mission statement, and projects, tasks, repeating tasks and add them to google Calendar. Create sure to set up by roles and projects including a "sharpen the saw" role first. I am finally able to fully replace the paper planner I ditched years ago.

Gabrielle Hawker: This apk is a unbelievable organizational program. It'll assist you hold track of things to do, people to contact, cores to compete, homework to finish, you name it. The reminders and due dates tell you when and what needs to be done. I highly suggest this apk for anyone and everyone.

Steven DeCord: FC time management principles work...This apk makes it simple to live the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People...It syncs with Outlook, Google and Exchange for a little fee of $19.95 a YEAR...In another words $1.66 a month, or really, a ridiculously little amount of 6 cents per day...Some spend $4 a day for one cup of coffee...The good thing is that you can use it stand-alone on your smartphone for FREE...All they ask for is an email and password...Seems reasonable to me...

Rudolf Hoehler: This apk balances features and usability quite well. The apk is well focused and designed around roles and priorities with the ability to use it as a Task list - most another apks are just To-do lists with added features and no clear idea of what the apk is. Very simple to use. Would give it 5 stars if it had a Widget! Want list: i) Would be good if it should sync with Google-Calender. ii) Where's the Widget man!?

Paul Magnotte: How does it sync with your Gmail? I don't see tasks under tasks or calendar?

Mindy Oliver: I love the Covey method of thinking and this apk is very awesome. But after using it for a while, I found some issues/shortcomings. I was able to set reminders, but never received any kind of notification (probably player error - but there's not much player tutorial details, so never figured out the problem). It would be nice if it had a widget to capture fast ideas/notes on the fly (like Evernote and Hold widgets - one click and you can capture thoughts via text, voice, image, etc). I'd also like to be able to forward emails to the FC apk to turn into tasks. The note feature is a awesome idea, but needs more editing functionality. Would like to see the tasks with specific due dates in a calendar view. There is a calendar, but it doesn't present the tasks with it, just a blank calendar. Would like to have tags. Tags are large for me and would like to have that in a task/note apk.

Jim McFarland: The sync seems a tiny flaky, but overall I search it to be a very useful apk. I will have to email help to search out how to access the videos I receive with the Bonus subscription. You would think that that would not be so hard to figure out.

Robin Sell: Good apk! Sometimes deletes what I have typed and I have to begin over. :-( Overall, let's me hold track of lots of various lists!

Quinten Klingonsmith: *Updated Review 1/8/15* This apk went from 3 stars to 4 now that I can order tasks within priorities. Rather than just A, B, C...we can now order them A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, C1, etc. It soul earn it's latest star by 1) Moving completed tasks to the bottom of the list, 2) Ability to long press a task to forward it to a fresh due date, not just set it as due today. 3) Put a mic button in the make task field so we can easily enter tasks by voice.

Daniel Agerton: Works well. Only a couple of complaints. Paid for pro subscription and it is not syncing with my google acc. Also, I have the apk on my smartphone and the apk doesn't work in landscape mode. That would be a nice feature.

Robert Price: Superior to the Appest GTasks apk that syncs with Google Tasks. I like the Franklin app's ability to divide tasks into various roles ("lists", on Google), set A/B/C priority, and see what's required today/tomorrow, or the order of urgency, or just view a specific role. It helped me juggle and complete a whole bunch of items already, so I'll go for the $20/year plan once the trial expires. One quirk that bugs me may be a Google bug: completed tasks are still visible in Google Tasks (with check marks and strike-out lines), while they're correctly hidden in Franklin. Google has a "view completed tasks" menu option which views only completed tasks, yet they're still visible when I go back to the list. However, only the default Google task list works as expected, and correctly hides completed tasks.

Kathy Hahn: Finally a task apk which categorizes tasks, prioritizes and allows for repeats (in a lot of various intervals). I want you should hide completed tasks.

James Cho: Need 3 major things in order: sort within a priority group, widget, chrome/pc ver that is connected to this apk Best to do list out there of you like the FC system. Still need more work. But it does what it says. Not system problems on my Note 3. Handwriting with sPen works well.

Christina Barron: This apk needs a widget so that my tasks are right there on my screen without opening the apk. I have had to install a second task apk that also syncs with my Google Tasks in order to have a widget on one of my home screens. When a widget is accessible for this apk, I'll make batter my rating to 5 stars.

Paul Rickard: Nice to have a Franklin Covey apk. Just needs a widget now.

raulrtechfan: Needs to be able to ROTATE!!! VERY HANDY FOR TABLET USERS WITH KEYBOARDS
User rated this game 4/5 on 2014-09-24
Patti McCully: Either that or I'm too dumb to figure out how. Another than that, it had a lot of the nice features you expect from Franklin Covey.

Kerri Kwiatek: How do I access the 6 training videos on the apk? I paid for the bonus service and there's no explanation of when/how these videos are to be accessed. These particular training videos are the ONLY reason I paid for the bonus subscription as I know that they are worth that price from others that have taken the live trainings. I expected them to be in the "Coach Me" tab but it's still just showing the two "stock" videos that were in the gratis ver.

Michael Scarlett: Nice apk, just wished that a reminder would work...

Irene Odell: This task apk has SOME of the covey system, but is missing the elements that create the covey system a superior LIFE system rather than a hyped up to-do list. For example, this apk has roles, but goals are blended in with roles. The Sharpen the Saw and Weekly Compass elements are totally missing. For a PLANNING SYSTEM, I'd expect more functionality of planning and prioritizing the method Any.do has it set up. Overall, its functional...but disappointing.

Ganesh Narayanaswamy: Like it. Use it. If I should plan little private projects with multiple steps, I will increase rating. Also if I am to pay $20 for an apk, that can be gratis thro another apks, would expect at least 2-3 multiple player sync.

Todd Donatello: It's about time that FranklinCovey had an apk developed that is worthy of its name in time management. This one far and away exceeds previous attempts. For me, there are a few things I would like to see in future updates: 1. More of a Holo theme - I do like the ability to customize backgrounds and use colors and icons, but please create an apk whose appearance conforms more to Google's current specs for developers. The current UI is not quite skeumorphic, but does look more like iOS 5.... 2. Completed tasks BUG - I have tried turning off "present completed tasks" in Apk Settings multiple times, uninstalling etc and it continues to present completed tasks irrespective of my preference. This is annoying. Please fix. 3. Option to forward uncompleted tasks to the next day. This is HUGE. Why not add "Forwarded" to Status options (in keeping with the original FC paper planner), which automatically forwards to the next day?? Currently I have to tap Edit, Drag and Drop (w/ lots of scrolling) for overdue tasks I wish to forward. Or go into edit task info. Either method, too time consuming.

Jon Benignus: Downloaded on a Motorola Droid 3 But it is not there yet. I have used the FC system now for 20 years, and even worked for them selling their perfect Palm Pilot tool in the past, but they still have not come out with awesome tool that works on the Android device platform. However, FC Tasks comes the closest and if they continue to help and modernize this product, they might just succeed. I tried using this tool on phones with smaller screens ... your smartphone needs a large enough screen (I am using a 4' screen now).

David Bramley: Not really sure what actual benefit I can receive with this. I loved the Franklin Planners in the pre smart smartphone days but not sure what advantages this had over just using Outlook Tasks. I guess you can prioritize your main roles on here and make tasks but it doesn't seem simple. Seems like each day your basic roles could come up and then you can set up everyday tasks. Not sure it is worth paying for.
User rated this game 3/5 on 2015-07-03
Iam Bree: Can't tag tasks "in progress" or label 123. Wish to be able to divide TODAY list by roles. For $40 I thought I would receive much more. Could have sl with paper planner. . But tired of logging that thing around.

BRL Investments: Was working in my old Note3 then when I switched to Note9 and installed it my completed tasks are not saving/updating... still not complete. What's event? Its working now.
User rated this game 3/5 on 2018-11-28
Terry Knutson: I will give it more when it comes with a widget for better task visibility. Right now it is functional but not outstanding.
User rated this game 3/5 on 2014-12-04
Gustavo Guilamo: When I tag a task complete it keeps reminding me of it as if I hadn't completed. Also my Pro trial ver does not synchronize with my Google acc. I wonder if it is pushing me to pay for it or if it would work when I do.
User rated this game 3/5 on 2014-11-09
Anil Agrawal: Need some getting used to. Why do we need to pay a subscription to sync? I might be willing to pay one time if syncing is gratis.
