  Marteena King: Good apk, good service, good experience. I booked a whole day of cleaning (refrigerator, oven, laundry, dishes; you name it, booked it). The apk is very intuitive, it took me 5 mins to ebook. The cleaning was top notch and when I reached out to have my bill adjusted because I decided latest min to not have to fridge cleaned, they ajusted my bill in literally 3 mins. I am so amazed! I just booked a regular monthly clean. 10 stars !

  M M: Apk clearly states cleaners are pros but they most certainly are not. The latest people i had never used a vacuum or the mop. Not sure how you clean without using either of those cleaning programs.

  Kamesh Adhikary: I must not receive something about this apk. I scheduled service and then cancelled it, but never received a full refund. I had to begin a dispute with my credit card company. They also charge you before the service is rendered in contrast to some another cleaning apks. Their apk messaging also doesn't work. I have to write e-mails to them every time I wish discuss something.

  Elise L: BE AWARE: booking a cleaner is various from what they present in the video. You pay first, and then you see accessible cleaners. I tried to ebook for the same day, but there was no cleaners accessible, so I cancelled and did the cleaning myself. THEY CHARGED ME $20 of cancellation fees, even when NO CLEANER WAS AVAILABLE. Fantastic! Customer help didn't fix the problem, they still owe me $20.

  Natasha N: Something is fishy here. The apk is asking for the full payment even before I can select a cleaning person. The are charging per room, not per sq ft/sq m. In this case the place matters not the number of rooms. The apk itself is raw, unfinished, with blank places. Now I received an SMS saying that they wish to give me a discount. No, thanks.

  Stanislava Buevich: The worst experience ever. Posted the job a week in advance. First cleaner changed the time without any message, then cancelled altogether. Second one, seemed OK, but in the end didn't present up at all, claiming that she did come (albeit an hour late, when I had no choice but leave the house). Spent nearly the whole day waiting. Cost me cash, time, buckets of stress. Asked for a refund hours ago. Still no one replied.

  anna bella: They precharge you days in advance so I had to request a refund. I did keep it. I then sent them a notice saying that some of the features I'm not able to figure out how to use & I've been unable to search a guide. I also don't like that I cannot alter the number of hours I need the cleaning, you cannot select your cleaner they are assigned and I cannot select how much I wish to pay its $25 an hour always. So this company doesn't appreciate tactful customer feedback. They blocked me 🤐

  annie didier: Super unreliable and unprofessional. I set up a biweekly cleaning, and the cleaner never showed up for the first cleaning 3 separate times, 3 separate cleaners! I was very flexible on timing and tried to reach out to all 3 cleaners, and all of them no-showed. When I reached out to the Tidy squad, they told me that I should cancel my plan for a $40 fee. Are you kidding me? A $40 fee for a service that was never provided. Don't waste your time.
