No, they are not always the first ones to have an episode up, but they always have better subtitles and always at least 99% of the subtitles are there. It's beautiful rare for them to miss something. Plus I love their bonus membership, worth every penny. Even considering those rare occasions when they have a glitch in the system. It's almost always fixable by logging out and logging back in.
