  Andrea Jang: Don't rent from this company!!! Avoid them at all cost!! I reserved a vehicle in Mexico from this company and ended up not being able to rent a vehicle because the Hertz agent there wanted some additional money for her pocket since she's getting a very little commission fee when costumers ebook through a 3rd party booking company. So I called this company three times for a assist. No one was there to reply my call so I emailed them. After 3 wks, I got a response saying that it's not their responsibility and that it was my credit card trouble and they wouldnt refund me. What???

  Ovidiu Dan Mitrea: PSo there was no vehicle The worst experience ever with any carhire company I ever dealt with. A bunch of scammers, got the cash, sent the invoice and the voucher and 12 hrs later, after a 5hrs flight, I'm front of the rental office I found the so called booking they did was never confirmed so there was no vehicle reserved, nothing. My name was not even in the system. Scammers and thieves, the number in the apk is not allocated, eventually I got other one from the site, but all I got was a very rude treatment, it was nothing to be done, was advised to spend my night in the airport and wait for them to test to ebook a vehicle next day.

  Brandon Keating: This company is by far the worst. Took a trip to italy and rented a vehicle to head to the airport and to pickup our family. We found out 3 days in advance that we required to reserve the vehicle 2 hours earlier than the original reservation. Called and couldn't receive through. Found an email and requested a smartphone number that worked and explained our circumstances. It took emails back and forth 2 days to receive the smartphone number. Then after talking to the supervisor we found that they wanted to up charge us due to the request coming in less than 24 hours before reservation..... It was 22 hours before. 400$ for 24 hours... Then we tried to cancel and they charged us over $80 for the cancellation being under 24 hours. Then a charge for the insurance.... I am going to war to receive my cash back but please understand they are thieves.
