  Mike Hellickson: Upgraded to S5 Initially couldn't log in after upgrading to the s5 since the menu button changed to point to the latest apks. I recently found that you have to press and keep the button to receive the normal menu button (settings) and complete setup with fresh install ID#.

  sean dailey: Good Fresh look and feel of android device apk is unbelievable, as is ePx functionality. Eagerly awaiting help for MMODAL speech to text via Haiku Android device. Also I must point out that a lot of of the "flaws" pointed out in another reviews are specific to a facility's build and are not similar to the apk itself. If you have issues reach out to your Epic/IT department to request enhancements.

  Nathan Franke: Still implementing it at my organization. Fingerprint login is accessible for Android device, but you have to have a smartphone that supports it, and the functionality has to be turned on by your org's administrator. Android device smartphone help would be nice. The Android device apk is much easier to use than the Apple version--including table of contents style navigation is a lot simpler than vague icons that require a long press to determine what they mean (as is the case in the iOS apk) Currently, there's a bug with the patient lookup--I have a bunch of patients in my Latest Patient list, but I can't search them when I manually find for them.

  A Google User: Crashes are due to misconfiguration If you're getting force closed, you need to validate server and path fields. Epic does not do any validation. Remove http: from server line.

  Ahmad Tarawneh: Good and saves time This is a good companion apk if you have epic EMR where you work, I gave it 4 stars becaus it can be lacking especially in the labs. This apk would be much quicker if fingerprint was used for signing in since it's becoming a Stanger feature in the fresh phones.

  A Google User: Dates missing on schedule & FCs on JB Installed on a Nexus 7 smartphone and a Galaxy Nexus smartphone. Both are rooted, N7 with stock Jelly Bean and Gnex with custom JB ROM. Neither device shows the dates in the dividers between days on the schedule, except for the current and next days which display "null(Today)" and "null(Tomorrow)" . Have also found that apk force closes randomly when switching between tabs in Patient Summary view. Not sure if a Jelly Bean problem, Have not inspected on ICS, therefore have allowed 3 stars since I like the layout and the amount of data accessible, and most players are not yet on JB.

Awful quality of photos, mostly Epic's fault, but Haiku refuses to use a flash if accessible and there is no cropping or editing or increasing the resolution above 0.3MP (or less... It's hard to tell). Can't choose outpatient unless you are their provider or find for them. Almost no info is accessible through Haiku even though it is obviously set up to present notes, etc
