Grbl Controller (Bluetooth | USB) Use your smart smartphone to stream G-Code to your CNC machine with GRBL 1.1 firmware. PLEASE TRY THE FREE VERSION FIRST, FREE VERSION HAS NO LIMITATIONS OR ADS Features: * Supports Bluetooth and USB Otg connection. * Supports Grbl 1.1 true time feed, spindle and rapid overrides. * Easy and strong jogging control with corner jogging. * Uses buffered streaming. * True time machine status reporting (Position, feed, spindle speed, buffer state. Buffer status report needs to enabled using the setting $10=2). * Supports Sending G-Code files directly from mobile smartphone. (Supported extensions are .gcode, .nc, .ngc and .tap. G-Code files can be placed anywhere in the smartphone or external storage). * Supports short text commands (You can send G-Code or GRBL commands directly form the application). * Supports Probing (G38.3) and auto adjusts Z-Axis. * Manual program change help with G43.1 * Four Highly Configurable Custom Buttons which supports multi line commands (Supports both short click and long click). * Application can work in background mode, by utilizing the less resources, there by consuming less power. Grbl Controller + Exclusive Features * Job resume (continue badly interrupted jobs, from nearly where they stopped) * Four extra buttons in console tab ($$, $H, $G and $I) * Job history (view all your previous jobs and their status) * Haptic feedback (enables short vibration when buttons are pressed) * XY jogging pad rotation. * AB extra axis for custom grbl firmwares. Requirements: 1. Bluetooth enabled or USB Otg supported smart smartphone with android device ver >= 4.4 (Kit Kat or above). 2. GRBL ver >= 1.1f 3. Bluetooth module like HC-05 or HC-06. 4. Bluetooth module could be already paired with smart phone. 5. USB Otg adapter. NOTES: 1. For any kind of assist please use GitHub channel. I can't provide any kind of help in google play shop comments. 2. On Android device versions "Marshmallow" or above, use your OS permission manager and grant "Read External Storage" permission in order to receive file streaming working. 3. G-Code files can be placed anywhere in the smartphone memory or external storage, but they must end with one of the supported extensions .gcoce or .nc or .tap or .ngc 4. If you are connecting Bluetooth module first time to your machine, then create sure you have changed the baud rate of the BT module to 115200. (Default baud rate of the GRBL 1.1v firmware is 115200 as 8-N-1 (8-bits, no parity, and 1-stop bit)). 6. USB otg only works with grbl baud rate of 115200. 7. Family Scott: Thank you for the Grbl controller apk. It has allow me breathe fresh life into an otherwise obsolete old Galaxy tab 3 Lite. I use it to control a diy Dremel cnc (by Nikodem Bartnik - Thingiverse) that I built and am using to receive my toe into the fascinating globe of CnC machining.

Joshua Brubaker: Perfect GRBL CNC Controller. Works with Amazon Kindle Fire 7 smartphone and Arduino Uno with CNC shield. I have been running the setup for over a year without problems. The Arduino is connected via OTG cable. I have this running an MPCNC Primo milling machine. I can either download .gcode files from Google drive or USB stick through powered USB hub after Arduino is connected and tool is running. Note: Servo timeout needs to be disabled before using to prevent Z-axis drifting.

A Google user: The gratis apk worked fantastic.It works flawlessly. I upgraded to the plus ver and it will not allow me select files to run. It errors all the time while jogging. It will not go to zero x and y per the built in button. I was expecting the same positive experience as the gratis ver but I was disappointed. ** Before leaving this review I did email the developer with screenshots and description of problems.
