  A Google user: Works as described but only one player at a time. If more than person wants to check the cameras they have to take turns. No multiple player logon allowed. Password for apk must be 10 or more heroes. DVR system password is 9 or more.

  Stacy Hall: UPDATE **** I just got off the smartphone with customer help they are horrible do not buy this product the remote aspect of this apk is absolutely atrocious do not waste your cash on any Samsung / w Wiseview products Samsung could be ashamed of attaching their name to such and inadequate product . I explain to the customer rep that this apk is horrible and has a lot of review stating so he said Well ma'am this is the only apk that you can use. 9-21-18. Just got my system... simple to in install but APP works horribly, only one player to log in at a time. When you log in APP has to be refreshed to present ACCURATE time camera view. This APP NEEDS TO BE UPDATED PLEASE. If not this will ruin your quality product. People need remote viewing to be convenient and reliable.

  Lillian Pitts: So upset that this apk only allows one player at a time to log in. We have to constantly receive kicked out to remote view anything. NOT COOL!!! This needs to receive updated. Please. Cameras were simple to set up. Picture is not as clear as they advertise. Overall we are happy and look forward to being even more happy with updates on this apk.

  Katherina Lawson: if more than 3 camaras motion goes off in a segment the apk goes offline on smartphone with notice stating network device unstable check connection. when check all is fine just changing from night visual to day visual. pure headaches with apk n techs is of no use their daily response " it's your preference ". Full of regrets on purchase due to no assist on problems.

  Crystal Holland Cuci: The apk used to work until recently, with limited functionality. I suppose it was the modernize they released that caused the apk to stop working....the cameras and dvr still work, but we can no longer view them from our phones which essentially create the system worthless. The apk never allowed concurrent logins, which was inconvenient and it also didn't let you to only view motion happenings, you had to know the time and go to that exact time. They are definitely better systems. Please fix the apk!

  Jennifer Stone: This apk sucks! I use the Wiseview for my house & it is 1000 times better. If I knew this system was going to use a various apk I would never have bought it. Playback is easier to navigate & the live feed updates as soon as I begin the Wiseview. On this apk I need tap on each camera to modernize the live feed & the playback for happenings never works. Very disappointed.

  Khanh Het1: garbage, this apk need made an acc that has to share to all device that wish to view, and only 1 person can view it at a time. 😡😡 I got wiseview and Swann on another system, they work good, no need to login acc, a lot of people can view camera at the same time. This apk is trash, im going to bring this back for refund.
