  David Molina: Good baby monitor, even better customer service Maureen was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. While the problems with the Android device ver of the apk were a bit disappointing and annoying to deal with, I was understanding and patient thanks to the constant communication from Maureen. Things happen. She was honest with what was wrong and didn't test to hide the technical issues. The apk has since then fixed and everything is fully operational. Having good and pleasant customer service can resolve and ease a lot of issues. The monitor is excellent.

  The newest modernize was causing all kinds of problems, such as freezing, the apk not opening at all, etc. I was having to uninstall and re-install before each time I opened it. After telling the creators about my problems, they were very fast to assist. They sent me an older ver (previous to the most latest modernize), which is now working like a dream. It's such a good piece of mind knowing that I can look in on my tiny one without going into her nursery and risk waking her.

  Mary Toomey: We use this to assist hold our mother secure and safe in her own home since her stroke. All of us kids can use it whether we have iphones or androids, no matter where we are. Peace of mind for mom and us. So helpful! Good picture and sound. Good to hold track of her room temperature, too, since she doesn't seem to feel the heat anymore.

  Emily Belgard: Good customer service Yesterday I received the Android device 7.0 modernize and my ibaby care apk was useless, It stopped working with Android device 7.0 modernize. The Apk force closed at startup everytime I tried to begin it. Didn't begin until recent Android device modernize. Tried reinstalling. The monitor was a useless paperweight until I emailed customer service latest night about the problems. Today they emailed me an app file that completely fixed the problem and got my ibaby care working once more! I am so satisfied that they were so fast to solve this problem!!

However, with android device smartphone (Nexus 5) I have trouble connecting to iBaby in certain wireless connection router (i.e. it works at my work put wireless connection but not at my house) while it works ok with iphone (i.e. in both territories). -->Thanks for your prompt answer. It works ok now for both ios and android device. Very nice apk and iBaby M6 works good. --> I didnt do anything except root my nexus.

  Babies 101: Wait is over.....!! I have been waiting for this to come out and use on my smartphone. My husband has iPhone so he should use the monitor and the apk. But I have Samsung Galaxy. I am so satisfied that I can use it. The iOS apk looks better but no complain. The apk works good, LOVE the features. A lot of more territories to share my images and the video is much better than their previous model. Much better job!

Thank you***** I have had the M6S for a month now, and at this scene I would not suggest it. It states "seamless apk experience". I do not know what this refers to, as I have had nothing but problems with the camera connecting to the apk. It has nothing to do with my internet/wifi (signal strength) as it is just 2m from the modem. I have to hold doing the factory restart and reinstalling. Then it will work ok for a day or so. If this product would stay connected I would give the product 5 stars.

  I've had this moniter for 16 months and this latest modernize is the first time I've had any issues with it. There was s connecting problem but I emailed them and they replayed with a fix in less than 5 mins! I love this apk. I love being able to check on my baby while Im at work on 3rd shift. I love that I can record memories like when his older brother came in and sang songs to him.

  Was given to me as a gift and I used my Android device ZTE ttopair it with. I was unsure at first that it would work and sure enough at my first intent, it failed. I blame that on my negative thinking.. second time was a success!! It was fast and so easy. It place a large smile on my face. I suggest this apk. And by the method im a true reviewer :)

  Sasha Urban: Awesome product, but needs some fixing yet Video quality is good, a tiny delayed but awesome. The melody however is extremely loud and the volume on my smartphone was turned off and so was the apk volume, so I do not know why the volume is turned up so loud on devices. The apk on my android device smartphone works awesome, but I wish to receive the apk for my android device galaxy tab 4, how do I receive it on that? I would like to be able to watch from a bigger device besides my smartphone, because it sucks so much juice. Also do you have any wall mounts yet for the M6? I just bought 3 of them.

  Lauren Ghazikhanian: Works really well 95% of the time. Sometimes it struggles with day/night mode and sometimes the sound stops working, which is always unnerving when it is your child. Help is helpful.

  Jessie Jackson: What happened? It has been good for us for the past 6 months with only rare problems. Then something happened a couple days ago and our Galaxy phones won't receive past the loading screen. Our iPad still works good and so do another players' iphones. What happened? I'll edit this review when it is fixed. Modernize 12/23: working good once more on android device and apple devices. Thanks for the fix!

When you buy this thing... But it's apk based. And you can't bloody connect. I'm fuming at this. I'm going to assume the latest android device modernize has stuffed this.   Daniel Navarro: Wouldn't connect!! BUT..... For a bit I was just getting the connecting symbol but no connection. I tried the reboot etc as everyone else on here has....but then I called tech help with IBABY. They were friendly and very helpful. I was able to receive onto the correct frequency with my wireless connection in order to view my kiddos, and I did all this on a Android device. Well done tech help well done.

  Ralph Gragg: Good concept and close to good. WIth 1 major flaw The picture quality is good. The camera is very well designed (although very large). The apk is well thought out. However, the sound randomly turned off when I first got the device. This created it where I should not hear the baby. After updating the firmware and re-installing the apk on my smartphone, it started functioning well. Overall it is a very well thought out device and Apk. I would suggest to others. Pros - good picture, very simple setup, "beautiful" design, infinite range with wireless connection Cons - camera is a bit really big, somewhat pricey, you will wish to install a second apk that dims your screen for night time viewing by your bed. Even on the dimmest setting, it was very bright while we were trying to sleep on my Note 4.
