  A Google user: Work good and brillant concepts. Most people complaining for example that you can't edit a pin don't understand the technology behind. The apk can be a bit more intuitive. Renaming 'home' menu to 'lock devices' would be already better. No need for a 'visits' menu, all locks can be on the same menu with a label indicating it's a visit or lock I manage.

  Rodrigo Villarreal: The apk is simple to use, clean, intuitive and very useful. I have two devices, the padlock and the lockbox. These and anynother igloohome devices are managed through the one apk, so it makes managing various devices in various properties extremely convenient. The devices, however, are sturdier and more safe than others I have used. But what convinced me to write a review (hardly ever do it) and to privide a 5-star one is the company's tech help, which is absolutely good.

  Lolly Ariesta: Super friendly apks. I want they build a widget, so i don't need to begin apk every single time. I installed deadbolt 2s. My family and mates love it very much. I encountered a trouble to login a few days ago, i dropped an email to their Help Squad for assist. I received a prompt response from Vee F from the help squad within 10mnt in Sunday! It provides info& instructions on how to deal with my trouble and s/he monitored until few days later to ensure the trouble not reoccurring. Kudos!!

  Cheryl Morrison: I purchased my second lock a few minths ago. The first generation igloo lockbox had mechanical problemscbut the concept of guest having access in a bluetooth manner if required was good. I purchased the recent model from Amazon. It is good so far. It solves all issues and works like a gem. I recently had assistance paring and unpairing the old an fresh lock to both ny listings. Marie was phenomenal. Her patience, video demo and a few calls for clarity and help was superior help.

  Larry Reinmuth: The Deadbolt 2S was an simple install for a DIY person - I already had a deadbolt and this fit without any mods to the the door, except having to drill one little hole and Igloohome included the bit! I like that it uses Bluetooth apk on your smartphone and not the less safe WiFi. You can unblock it with the keypad code that you set (and you can setup temp ones for workers, etc. The apk on your smartphone has the history), the gratis apk on your smartphone is a simple download/install. From my smartphone I can unblock it from about 25-30' and you receive physical keys. Other cool feature is that from the inside, you can engage the deadbolt and then by pushing a button, disable the outside keypad. My regards and thanks to Fred S. of their help squad for helping with a minor problem I had. Good product and customer help!

Thank you so much for replacing and upgrading to the recent model DeadLock 2S Metal Grey FREE OF CHARGES even though its after 1 year of warranty! I really appreciate it. You guys are really various from another companies who just wish to create cash. I truly respect your commitment to awesome customer services and product quality. Just to also add that I particularly like player friendly apk and the lock's glass touch screen where you enter the codes.   B Ho: the latest apk modernize created my lock disappear from the apk and unable to use the apk to unblock door. contacted their technical help for assistance and I guessed they must be overwhelmed as they took ages to answer. not only that, all they do is asked irrelevant questions. it took over a month before someone took my complaints seriously. Trouble is now fixed. this fresh rating is for his help.

  Chee Siong Cheng: Apk does not log in to acc on 2nd device. Indicates no working network connection. Tried on both wireless connection and 4G and still not working. Tried logging out from 1st device and not working too. How 'smart' and hassle gratis is this supoose to be once more? Fix please. Modernize: apk works ok now. Still has room for more seamless transitions. Still faced a bit of bluetooth connection om 1st gen igloo. But overall fine.

  Jack Ng: Bluetooth function is missing. What's event? Modernize: have already logged a case with help and they are telling me to change the entire lock away even tho there is nothing wrong with it.
